This restaurant is associated with the Breakers so the same stellar standard was expected. We valet at the Breakers and then caught their complimentary shuttle because they warned us that parking can be difficult. The shuttle was well air conditioned and prompt. However, I have to take points off because our waitress was extremely inattentive and the there was no working bathroom in the restaurant due to it being under constructions so we had to seek accommodations with the hotel across the street. I understand the construction part, but this time of year all the snow birds are home in Palm Beach so management did not plan well. The bathroom that we had to seek out was not easily accessible for my 80 year old grandma.

Pro: the sushi was very yummy.

Disappointed with the food. Lemon chicken was mostly flavorless breading. Sauce was strange and watery with the slightest hint of lemon. Fried rice was just ok. This is not traditional Asian food, so expect different flavors. We didn’t care for it.

Great food. But also a bit too loud for conversation

Great food and choices across Japanese, Korean and Chinese. The Peking duck Bao, pot stickers and kalbi ribs were all fantastic. Innovative cocktail menu with gorgeous round clear ice and perfect garnish. From hostess to waitress the staff were fantastic. Look forward to visiting again

Food was excellent and service really careful. Overall, we spent a nice evening but I think wine was overpriced (it's OK for restaurants to make money on wine but that one was not worth the price) and what really cost them a star is the fact that we were 5 on a table for 4. Seriously, when you go in that kind of place and are charged what they charge (and again, it's OK) you just expect to have some room and feel comfortable. I should go back anyway (and make sure we have a table for the number we're.)

It was close between 4 or 5 stars. Really the snobby rich, bored women that were here that night cost them the star. Food was great, service was great. There was a group of older women who constantly complained about everything. They got louder and kept bothering my table asking us if our service was bad, or our food was bad, I mean consistent. We asked the management if they would do something about it. But nothing came of it, which is where they lost the star. But our servers and bartenders that night were amazing. The food was great, and fresh.

Beautiful ambience and the staff was wonderful. I thought the starters were very small for the price and the sushi rolls were just ok at best.

The best sushi anywhere in palm beach county. The atmosphere and service are second to none. If there were six stars I would give it.

Absolutely fabulous. This is my favorite restaurant. I have been dining at Echos for over 8 years and I have never had a bad experience. I can not say that about any other restaurant. The sushi is the best I have ever had, always beyond fresh. Great drinks. The fried rice is amazing and so are the souffles. Servers are very attentive and professional, there are a few that have been there for many years and they recognize us when we come in.

I am not a person that writes reviews, and this is only my second review to date, but Echos is definitely review worthy. You will not be disappointed.

This sushi bar was simply amazing from atmosphere and service to cuisine! (I was staying at the Breakers and wanted to venture out, very close, could be a nice walk if it's not too hot.) They have great happy hour specials and all the food and cocktails are of very high quality. I had recently visited this restaurant with a group of friends, not knowing when we would be arriving, and was instantly taken care of at the door by the host desk being a party of eight. That being said, you should always make a reservation, especially for a larger party. This was a spontaneous evening, and the service my server delivered was amazing. Stephanie was able to make out of this world recommendations for our initial cocktail round all the way through dessert and cordial service. Her warm, wonderful, personable attitude really made our evening that much more special. In addition, our wonderful evening didn't end there. The manager Chris greeted our table, and took our already amazing evening over the top with some wine tasting. His knowledge of wine made it so enjoyable to have a deep, lively conversation with. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Palm Beach area!
