These guys are great! Had a dead battery, jumped it and drove over there for a new one. It was 7:15pm and much to my dismay they closed at 7:00pm. The door was open and and walked in fully expecting them to say sorry, come back in the morning. Long story long, they took the car and replaced the battery. Just finished paying the bill and exchanging pleasantries, turned around and there was my car, new battery and all!!

I had been using this service for 13 years. One Sunday I brought my car to have the horn checked, as it was not working. I waited and they told me they had to the part for 800.00$.I told them ok call me when its in. As I was getting ready to leave the lot my dashboard fell completely on the floor radio and all. When O looked at it it was quite they hacked it off with a crowbar to get to the horn.I backed up and showed it to the tech and he stated it came in that way. I took.day off from work to speak to Mark whom I had known over the years. He gave me the same story, after going back a few times, I was not getting anywhere. My car was an old Cadillac in perfect condition. They knew that. I was so hurt that they treated me this way after 13 years. I should have taken them to court, but I just never wanted to see them again. Really bad.
The Cadillac dealer could not believe what they did, they destroyed my car, because the car was 13 years old they could not get the parts, I had to buy a new car. I gave the old one to my son in Texas, he and his friends found old parts and it looks and is in perfect condition, I used them for thirteen years. All they had to do was own what they did. It took me over a year to write this, I was so hurt by they treated me. With Gods help I have to believe "WHAT GOES COMES AROUND."response / report this review -

This specific Tires Plus location in Wellington is hands down the absolute best place in town. They’re HONEST and won’t ever up sell you on anything that your vehicle doesn’t need. Make sure if you need a new set of tires you come here. They take the time to explain all the different brands and choices to you. I got a great deal on a set of tires and even a ride home so I didn’t have to wait for my car. Ask for Mark the owner and manager. He will make sure you’re taken care of Once you walk in the door you will never take any of your vehicles anywhere else!! Thank You Mark!!

Fast and honest. One time my car broke down near here and one of their managers gave me a tow I wasn't even their customer Yet. They don't lie. They don't even suggest work unless it's necessary. Good guys who do good work.

This company is awful!! STAY AWAY!!! Never have I been so disrespected. When your paying for a service and they treat you like they are doing you favor. It truly is a joke! Troy is so unprofessional and rude. I had to bring my truck in numerous times for what was suppose to be a 3 hour job turned into days and days and days. Not sure how anyone can run a successful business if turn around takes 8 days for a 3 hour job. Then after the 3rd time of having my truck for a 4 day weekend I was told it’s ready however Troy failed to mention that he hasn’t really done one thing to it and had one excuse after another. When confronted about this he was so rude and said to take it up with his dad, the owner. What a cheap card to pull! Stay away from this place. 441 and lantana location. Very shady business and after reading all the negative reviews I can see I’m not the only one!

Place is the biggest scam ever! Do not ever take your vehicle there, Troy and his dad are con artists and will leave your vehicle with more problems than you brought it in with. There are multiple lawsuits against them already as well as mine. You will be extremely disappointed with anything they do

Had a problem with a tire and the team here handled it outstandingly. Mark the owner stands behind his service which is what differentiates a great store from the others. Will definitely return and recommend.

Potentially the worst experience I have ever had with any company in any industry. I took my truck in to get checked because the check engine light came on. The head of their diesel division called me and told me that I had a clogged valve and had 2 choices, to either replace the valve or get rid of it. I told him to go ahead and get rid of it. I was referred to him thru someone I work with so I paid him upfront to show him I am serious about getting things done. He told me it would be done that Friday, then Friday he told me it would be done on Monday, Monday he told me Tuesday etcthis pattern of it'll be done the next day continued for a whole month!!! Finally after threatening that I would send a tow truck to haul it out and have someone else get it done, I finally got my truck back. Only to find that the odometer had an extra 500 miles from when I left it!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY diesel division there, I would never recommend someone to this location for any service. The guy did give me my money back but the headaches and stress he caused were priceless. I would have rather over paid to have the job done in a timely manner.

My wife went here about a month ago with our Explorer while I was away to have 4 new tires installed. They ordered the exact tires I requested and had them there the next day. The quote they provided was exact and fair. The installation was quick and done correctly. We also had a complete brake job done today on the Explorer and they did a fantastic job. Everyone there was helpful and polite to my wife. They didn't do the old take advantage of a woman here with her child and tell her she needed this and that. Great waiting area for our son. Thanks for a job well done twice guys.
