I lived here for 1.5 years and totally loved it. Their staffs are lovely and maintenance requests are completed very fast. Apartments location is great with lots of trees. Sometimes, it minimizes sunshine into the apartment.

I love living here. The clubhouses, gym, media center, pool' tennis court and laundry mat are great! They are really good about keeping things maintained. Its beautiful and quiet.

I have been a resident for a year now and I feel like I am home. The staff here are great, they are quick to respond to any questions or maintenance that needs done. The area is so beautiful, you are tucked back into a quiet wooded area with plenty of wild life, but still minutes from any stores you need. You get the Benefit of being hidden in the middle of the Tipton Lakes community, they have no shortness of paths to walk or run on. Their Gym and Club house is very nice, and laundry facility is maintained very well.
If you want an affordable place to have peace of mind, helpful staff, and gorgeous views in a safe area. Then this is the place to be!
