  THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT KISS THE OFFICE ASS at first it was good but then office would not deal with the drugs and fighting and I got told I buy a man out there that he was going to kill me and I could not go outside of my home or have people over because he would not live me alone it is all over the man beat the hell out of his sister in front of her kids and I called the copes and the courts put no contact for him and he was not even on the lease at his mom or sister house and the office did not want to nothing about any of it just want there money and I even gave the office the paper from court and she still did nothing so I had to move out for my family safety and it is crazy so the office does not care about the drugs out there and fighting and safety of others and there is a lot of people that lives out there that only pays no more then 400 a mo but they can have a lot of drug people live with them and the office does not care so how I feel that the office needs to clean house out there and the office should have deal with everything I should not had to leave my home for my family safety I would not even give you one stair if I could

  I have been here since 2005. It is perfect for me as I am a single handicap lady. I've never had any problems that weren't taken care of in a somewhat speedy time frame. We have had our ups and downs with our renters as you would in any other complex, but they are doing their best to weed out the problems. I would and have recommended it to my friends.

  Been here since 2015 was steered into a apartment that we didn't want. We were told we would have a top and were givin a bottom next to a lot of people with kids witch is fine. Besides the noise all the time. We have requested several times to be moved upstairs and were told we will work with you where your at. We moved into a flea infested apartment with filthy carpet.we cant even fold clothes on it or there dirty again. We spent several hundred dollars shampooing and getting rid of fleas. We have seen three people move from apartment to apartment while being here. Then before the office new about our neighbor moving out upstairs. We went down together. We were told its first come first serve to write a letter and it will go to corporte. wrote that letter and was told we needed $500 to do this even though no one else has been charged. Funny thing is the upstairs would of happily switched to our downstaris and she would of still been a tennant, really bad business sence. They dont know how to make people happy and I found out today that they are making us bring in our kids bike instead of them nicely on the leased porch they need to build a bike rack where all the kids are, not where parents cant see them at the rack. Worst apartment I have ever stayed at. Worst management. Were still unable to use the room as we wanted to because of filthy carpet and fleas and some fieceses stuck in the carpet corner. Stay far away! It does have its advantages with a bustop and a new playground this summer maintance is awesome. management ill let you decide they are undergoing hiring for a new one but because how they still neglect the carpet problem like they dont care, and how they handled the switching thing. I cant recommend them to anyone at this point. Parking stinks and always will it seems. You do get alot of traffic.
