I wish I had read the reviews prior to sending my car to them. I needed to simply have a mirror replaced on my daughters 2018 Equinox. I was told I had to order the parts myself through the Parts Dept and then call back to the Service Dept. to schedule the install. Parts were over a week as they do not have a body shop, so the mirror cover had to get sent out to be painted. Had to leave the car on Saturday, it took three hours to install the mirror. Andre called me to let me know the install was complete however I still need to get the cover painted. The Parts Dept never sent the cover out so the Service Dept installed in anyway. I asked for the General Manage to call me to discuss this, Juan told me that they would credit me the paint job and I could take care of it myself at a bodyshop. What great customer Service!

Brought my truck in for a coolant leak and tail gate repair. They could not find leak and they scratched the tailgate area to bare metal.
They would not repair the scratches and a week later had to tow my truck back for the coolant leak.

Don't buy from here. This place worse I ever seen. Two weeks ago I bought van. Salesperson call me recall. I drop the van 1 am. I went there next day 5:pm. But guy said we didn't fix yet, because parts not coming yet. I waste two day.

I recently posted my review on yelp. My review is long and extensive since many things went haywire during the purchase of my new Silverado. It might be helpful for you to view it. I hope its useful toward your purchase of a vehicle and wish I was provided with this type of review prior to purchasing a vehicle from East Hills Chevrolet. Its funny that East Hills has two sites for reviews except you cannot place a review on the other one. Maybe that's why they have over 4 stars on that site.

Go to Keith Williams and Omar Azizi. Great guys to work with and very knowledgeable. They work to make to make deals happen. Very happy about my Tahoe LT deal.

They left my engine oil cap opened after a oil change and I found out a week later until I got check engine light, you can imagine driving a week without engine oil cap opened, secondly, another service they left my fuse box opened with fuses flying all over then I found out until my battery was drained in my brand new track, well I talked to them, it seemed to me they didn't care at all. well it goes to they business future, I will move on. I still have my top door cover left opened from side safety service. You will find them dishonest most of the cases. As a customer I invited my family friends and they all complaining against me because of their unreliable service. I don't see a good future of Easthills Chevrolet if the issues don't get taken care of.

This dealership service department customer was and still is on a quick decline. On numerous occasions I have called to inquire about my vehicle and the representative that I'm supposed to be dealing with is on a phone call or away from his desk. They ask for your name and phone number every time but no one get back in touch with you. One day I called @ least seven times because I want to know what was going on with my vehicle.they had my car for over a week. This time my vehicle has been with them for 2 weeks, 16 days and not one phone call from my device rep. This trouble and your company should be ashamed. Keep your customers in the loop. The response and courtesy and everything that a service department should be are my and my family's experience each time we take one of our cars to the Service Dept. My interaction in alphabetical order with Andre, Amy, Eddie and the other guys who process the cars at entry and exit, Erica and Keith (i did not intend to forget anyone so please forgive me if i have) is perfect - they are as i have said many time a credit to East Hills specifically and can more generally teach many other service departments what to do and how to work.

Bought my Chevy Sonic from East Hills last summer. I LOVE my car, absolutely love it, and Marissa, the finance manager, was great to work with. My salesman Lance, however, was seedy and unprofessional and overall just not a pleasure to work with. Since the sales process is a huge factor in my experience with East Hills, 3 stars is the most I can give in good faith.

I recived a recall notice in the mail for my 2010 chevy equinox. The problem the car had was the fuel pump running rich and the fuel pump had to be replaced. On my way to cheverlotte Douglaston I had an engine light on.. Indicating my issue with the car.. I brought the car in and Gloria the service representative was very nice!
I left the car there for the day and went to work. The process was fast .. maybe a little to fast and maybe this is where the problem came in..
when I went to pick the car up the engine light came on once I arrived home. Everything was pretty fine until I saw the engine light come back on. So the next morning I brought the car back in. When I arrived the guy in the the vallet guy in the service garage was very rude!! And I explained to him my problem.. he said he can't do anything for me and they won't check my car because it's Saturday . I told him I did not care and it's not my problem scan the car to just figure out the problem and why my engine came back on After I just had the recal done yesterday .. he still gave me an attitude and I didn't like it! So I spoke to The service representative again she was very helpful.. she made sure they checked the car and they did.the vallet guy with the attitude didn't like it as much.. the car was diagnosed in 20 mins.. they told me the mechanic forgot to connect the hose to the air box. still not satisfied with chevy Douglaston.. not only I wasted my only day from work .. they lost my keys in the for 30 mins I'm the parking area got a call from half the staff after a couple days because they didn't like my review..
I'm fare so I changed my review.. my advice to the vallet guys you guys stink.. treating customers with bad dispositions attitudes and the whole nine yards.. you guys deserved to be fired!!

I went today to get my brake pads done because on the official website there is a promotion of $110 for front pads installed (per axle) they ask me to leave my car all day because I didn't have an appointment, fine. When I ask the price the employee said "is $350". I ask what that price includes? And she told me pads, brake fluid and rotors resurfaced. But I want only to change the pads. She said your brakes will squeeze and shake if we don't do the rotors. I told her I got that service done last year and I just wanted new pads. She said it wasn't possible. So I showed the official promo with my phone. And she didn't know what to saySo she asked a guy next to her and he said oh! The promoyeeeah, is for regular pads that Chevrolet want to push nowIt won't last like the other ones and we just change the pads so you don't get any extra service for that and your brakes could squeeze and shake is up to you (very nice I feel more confident and safe about the job you going to do in my car!) Why Chevrolet promote pads changing for 110 or new rotors for 185 (I have an Equinox) when the dealership don't recommend that service and offer me pads changing, fluid, and resurfaced rotors (NO NEW ONES) FOR 350!!!!! AND THEY DON'T EVEN CHECKED MY CAR!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CHEVROLET OFFICIAL SERVICE.

On Nov 2 2016 I received a voicemail message from Brad pertaining to a refund on my credit card for a deposit on a vehicle which was not going to happen. I was told the credit would take no more then a couple of days As of Nov 14th 2016 there is no credit in the amount of $250.00 showing on my transactions detail on my credit card activity. Will now have to dispute the charge if not showing up in the next couple of days. Don't believe anything they tell you. They lie.

Ordered a Silverado 1500 fully loaded including accessories. A week later the order was still not processed. I get a call from the sales rep telling me that the accessories we ordered on a leased vehicle mind you, will have to be paid separately out of pocket not financed. How can you lease a vehicle and have to pay for certain items separately and lease the rest of the vehicle. That is not correct. I currently leased a Ram and added a cover for my bed as an a accessory which became part of the vehicle and the total deal being financed on the lease. Note that all of these accessories were ordered on the Chevy website meaning the truck was built and printed out the way we wanted our truck ordered. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Update as of Nov 2, 2016.. Made a trip to this dealer to get our deposit funds back. Explained to the sales manager what happen with this deal. He did not comment on anything I said except became very angry with me because in my folder he only had one sales order not the other one which was never ordered. They did not like the deal I wanted so they did nothing. They made up a story and never placed this order because they were not going to honor what was put on the sales order. My copy was also not legible regarding the monthly lease payment which was done on purpose. There is a total of $500.00 due back to our card which was the deposit money. This sales manager went crazy starting ripping my folder up as he was yelling at me. His actions were in front of many customers in the showroom at the time. Is that anyway to act to a customer. All I can say about him and this dealership is stay away from these people you will be better off.

Update as of November 14th 2016 my credit of $250.00 was promised over a week ago which was used for a deposit on said vehicle as listed above. I even received a phone call letting me know the credit was issued. . As of this date in checking my credit card transactions there is no credit showing. Will now have to dispute the charge.
