We're visiting the area from Bethlehem, PA, and had some trouble with our radiator hose/power steering. We pulled into the service area on Friday at 5:30 p.m. (a half hour before closing). Instead of turning us away, the service manager, Mike Genco, looked at our engine, quickly identified the problem, and gave us a temporary fix since the parts department had already closed for the day. He said he would be able to help us in the morning. Not only was he was incredibly helpful, but he was also friendly. There are good people in the world, and Mike is one of them. Thanks for your help, Mike!!

Every time I have frequented the Dave Warren dealership I have found the staff super friendly and efficient. What I especially admire is Dave Warren's attitude of being an advocate for community service in Jamestown, NY and the Washington Street corridor. He sells great products, gives great service and empowers his staff to be good citizens!

Service review They sent me on my way without even latching my hood, didn't say a thing about my inspection being up. When I called back to ask about the hood they said they didn't open it So much for a so many point Inspection, not to mention I had a blown brake line as well I found out 30 mins after I left. This is why I will be driving to Hornell from now on for all my service needs! I have nothing but praise for that service dept. Beware of you take your vehicle to Jamestown for service!

Very impressed with the professional level of service @ Dave Warren. Received same day service on what I thought would prove out to be a complex and perhaps costly issue. The cost was more than reasonable and their service team wasted no billable hours in finding the problem and correcting it. A top shelf operation there..

This is my first winter I have had to drive in snow when it was bad, so I wanted to trade in my Chevy Cruze in and get a 4 wheel drive, I was looking for a while when I saw on face book a posting from Dave Warren about a special on the Jeep Compass, I contacted him, and he told me what he had and he made me a great deal, and delivered it to my home (in Ohio, over 5 hours away) all within a week. We had a bad storm yesterday and I drove my Jeep and not once did my tires spinThank you Dave Warren, a loyal customer forever!

I have been searching for the perfect Jeep Renegade for about 9 months, I found the perfect Jeep for me online at Dave Warren in Jamestown and drove away with it today. Kyle Deering was extremely easy to deal with-not pushy like most car salespeople, very knowledgeable about the Jeep, service department and helped me drive away with a new Jeep within a few days. Sean also helped with the financing side and was also very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help get me the best deal. I will be back to Dave Warren next time I am looking for a new vehicle, will refer family and friends as well! Well worth the drive from Niagara Falls-keep up the good work guys!
