They will screw up your billing. This place is absolutely disgusting, there is dried blood in the exam room literally dripping down the wall. Dirty gloves and syringes on the floor. If you look up there vents are black good deal to have mildew/mold in the air vent covers when you deal with allergies. The staff are rude and everyone here is very unprofessional. Not to mention the place is extremely outdated. Do yourself a favor and save the future infection you'll get from this place go somewhere else with better care and a cleaner office.

We were scheduled to have our children come in for surgery on a monday they waited until the thursday before the surgery to tell us we needed to pay 1200 dollars by the day of surgery?? and said this is standard procedure!

If I could go negative stars I would. They sent my claim to old insurance even though I gave them my new insurance card. Well as I'm trying to schedule my sons hearing test they tell me
I owe them $300. Because they messed up and they tried to say I gave them the wrong card. I'm livid. Now My son can't be seen because they screwed up.response / report this review -

My child needed a frenectomy and our orthodontist gave us two local places to check into for it. One was ENT so we made an appointment, waited about 45 minutes for a doctor, then the doctor came in and looked at her tongue for 5 seconds, then said the office staff would give us an estimated price for the procedure and left the room. We never heard from them again until they sent us a bill for a "detailed consultation" that cost $272!?! What a joke. Needless to say, we went to a completely different office (an oral surgeon) for a $45 consultation and had the procedure done there. Our family will never return to ENT.

Went to Dr. Nuckols because I was extremely tired, and snoring obnoxiously, my girlfriend even said I stopped breathing in my sleep. Dr.Nuckols is extremely friendly, and very smart, he assessed my situation, and found that I was having difficulty breathing in my sleep due to enlarged tonsils, and a severely deviated septum, we immediately scheduled the surgery that same visit, and he performed the surgery himself about a month later, the surgery went perfectly, and every single thing Dr.Nuckols said about the situation was 100% accurate, he knew exactly how long it'd take to heal, how it would feel, and knew what the best way to handle everything was. Dr.Nuckols was always caring through the entire situation, never second guessed anything I had to say, made feel at ease about the surgery, and even was so nice to the two guests I brought with me to the surgery center. IF you go to ENT, I completely recommend Dr. Nuckols, this surgery has literally changed my life, my energy levels are ridiculous better, I went from being completely tired all the time, to being extremely energetic.

I had severe sinus problems. Ended up with Dr Nuckols and he is wonderful! He put me at ease about the surgery I was having, answered all the questions I had without me having to ask them. The nurses are just as wonderful as the doctors. I highly recommend him to anyone!!
