Very nice camp ground. Very nice staff. About 1/2 hour from the beach. 10 min from shopping. This is our 3rd visit. We really enjoy Eagles Landing.

This is a very nice RV park. Would be great for snow birds. All of the sites are pull thru. The landscape is well manacured. Has a dog walk area but no dog run. We will be using this park again.

Nice open drive thru sites. No trees for shade and most lots were Sandy. Good place for a few nights, but wouldn't recommend for long term stay.

Great park. Wonderful owner, met us at the office even though after hours & veterans discount! If we are back this way, we will definitely stay again!!

Good for a short stay. Not a convenient location. We had a dirt site and I constantly had to sweep. Stayed for a year and it became stressful. During the summer they have a spur like weed that made my dog limp, Rob lied and said there was nothing he could do. I found an article online saying it could be treated. The washing machines need to be properly cleaned and maintained as our clothes developed a smell over the course of our stay. The far right washer is the only one that washes well, the heat doesn't work in that one though. Mildew in the other two. ( In the rings above barrel, sorry Rob and Sue I would have discussed the issue had you not become unapproachable. There are long term guests that will tamper with laundry, others feel so comfortable as to approach and feed pets without permission. DO NOT DISRUPT THEIR "COMMUNITY" Honestly the owners do not have "people pleasing" attitudes idk who's writing these reviews. After a while you figure out not to say anything bc they will kick you out. ( They kicked a guy out bc of the way he parked from what I've been told.) My dog ended up with worms during our stay I don't think they checked for vaccines to stay at park. Be prepared for ants, roaches, and fleas. The wifi they offer is not strong enough for uninterrupted streaming. I think they only spray weed killer, which from what I was told is listed as a carcinogen in CA? My healthy dog became ill and didn't even want to go for walks anymore. No pavement just gravel. I even had to go so far as blocking the owners on FB bc I was being badgered about posts that were not even affiliated with the park. (I never checked in or posted my location in these posts) long story short do some investigating there seem to be some nice parks in Defuniak springs that are less known.

Hurricane irma was bearing down on south Florida and headed north, we live in port st joe florida and decided better safe than sorry, so we called eagle landing campground (first and only call), they said that if we didn't mind dry camping we were welcome to come on out and park in their "dog walking" area, we have a generator and said that would be fine, can't say enough about these people and this place, it is very well kept and the owners are stand up people, we feel they could have gouged us but the fact is they charged us less than full hookup and offered us a full hookup site that came open our second night, the storm kinda fizzled by the time it reached our house but a pleasant stay, thanks to the owners and staff

Very well maintained, nice quiet setting. They check RV pictures before taking a reservation, so there aren't the fixer-upper RVs in terrible condition that you find other places. And their rates are excellent.

The only improvement I'd like is an option for covered sites for long-termers, but that's probably impractical.

Clean, friendly, well maintained, and reasonably priced. If I could transport it closer to the family we are visiting, add a pool and an open area for the kids to play it would be perfect!

Best rates in the region, don't believe me look it up. Park has everything needed for a long stay. Owners are some of the best people I have ever met and they will always help out even when they don't have to. Well taken care of lots and the community is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Everyone is friendly and to rebut the only one star rating below, this park caters to all walks of life, not just the rich. I've never been treated or seen anyone treated as anything other than good by the owners, I'll put my life on that.

We have been here for a few months and anything that has needed attention has been addressed. Would recommend staying here. The shower house and laundry facility are kept clean and there is a recreation room. Grounds are well maintained. 👍

This place is clean, safe and friendly. Lots of dogs meet on the "dog walk" giving plenty of social opportunities for canines and people. The bathrooms and laundry are simple but comfortably functional. The owners live on site and keep on eye on things. It's a great value for the money.

This is a clean and quiet park. Many of the lots have gravel pads to park on. The community house is centrally located with the basics for shower facilities, laundry, and community room. The dog walk area is spacious but not enclosed.
There is no shade as such the white gavel roads can become hot and very bright in the summer. The plus side is that the park appears to have very nice drainage after typical Florida rain showers.
