Unbelievably good service. They cut a custom box for my odd oversized package thereby reducing my shipping fees from $108 at the USPS to $33. And since they have access to multiple carriers, you can get a great deal.

Eagle Soars!!! I was on a tight budget and the prices were amazingly a fit. Cheaper than all other distributions that have the same services. The young lady was so welcoming. I will definitely come across Plano to Dallas to receive such optimal service again. Great store. It rocks!!!

Why the rates on post offices are so bad in general!? These employers don't beg for a review but they deserve it, i came 3 times in a 3 different occations and each time was perfect, the guys were so professional and informative, as a non-native person it's not so smooth to do priority mail or special order that came from over-seas but i never experinced anything delayed or damaged, bless you people let's be positive and stop moaning on every detail.

I've used this location to mail items to my clients Several times with significant wait times but it's close to home, however I called today to get a price range to mail an item to Greece. I spoke to someone with a foreign accent who was extremely rude. The conversation lasted all of 45 seconds, because he was speaking to someone else in the background then tells me I'll have to call back in 10 mins because he's busy and hangs up. When did businesses stop practicing quality customer service? I'm sorry, but did you forget sir that customers are how you stay in business and you shouldn't answer the phone until you are ready to give your attention to the person on the other end?! You just lost my business.

They're not open during stated business hours. They open when they feel like it, much to the inconvenience of paying customers.

I would give them negative stars. I went in and said I wanted to return a package. After comparing rates online, I got the lowest quote from FedEx and saw that this place was an authorized ShipCenter. Side note: Keep in mind the entrance is by the bank. I accidentally missed it and went in the plaza next door to find out the parking lots aren't connected, so I had to try and make a u-turn during rush hour, and was beyond frustrated.

Anyway, as soon as I walk in, I don't see anyone, but a man eventually peeks out after I've been standing at the counter for a few seconds, and I see that he's on the phone. I assume he's talking to a customer, and not wanting to interrupt, I wait.

He gets off the phone and asks whether I'm looking to send the package. I respond yes. He never really greeted me, but that's fine. I put my box on the scale, and he starts asking for the addresses. I direct him to the label I placed on the box. Then, he weighs itIt's showing up as .10 oz more than what FedEx recorded (the box was mailed through FedEx, so I got an email confirmation that listed the item's weight and measurements). I explain this, and he says that won't affect the price. Okay. Then, he starts measuring itAnd he's off by 1" on the height and length. I point this out too, and he says the measurements don't matter because it goes by weight, and even if he put in different measurements, I would get charged the difference if FedEx disagreed once it arrived at their shipping facility. Fair enough. But he offers to re-measure and tries to convince me he was right. I still disagree because he was bumping everything up by an inch just because it went a little above the number. Our exchange was as follows:

    Him: See, it's 22".
Me: No, it's at most 21.5."
    Him: No, it's past 22".
    Me: Yeah, that's why I said 21.5."
Him: That's 22". [Puts that in the computer]

Anyway, I finally get the estimate, and it's $11 more than what I was quoted by FedEx. I explain this, and he responds, "Ma'am, I put the numbers in, and the computer tells me the cost."

No, jerk, you put the numbers in, then you bump up the price by $10+ to pocket the difference. So, I go on down the road to FedEx. Their customer service was excellent, and as soon as I put the box on the scale, I got the exact quote I was given online. No fuss, no muss.

USPS is probably cheapest for most items. However, for larger items (my box was over 14 lbs), FedEx may be cheaper. You can print the label online and have them pick it up or you can take it to a store. For those who want, the cloest FedEx store I could find was next to Target across the street from the Valley View Mall (on Preston off the 635). Take your business there!

Didn't have cash on me, only my debit/credit card.

I only needed to print one page and the card had to have a $5 minimum. So the guy who works the store told me that he couldn't possible ask me to pay that much money for just one page. Ended up getting the page printed for free.

^^^ that is some great freaking service. I'm definitely coming back here again and recommending this place to everyone i know.
