Dave & Jimmy Jingle Jam was entertaining and we really enjoyed Fall Out Boys! My1st Rock Concert. This Venue is good for a more intimate venue but not so great if you like standing 3-4 hrs to see the main act,

The music that gets played here at concerts is always incredibly submersive almost like you have your eyes closed and are listening to the music with good headphones on full blast and the restrooms and very easy to spot. Depending on the concert the you can feel the bass (if it's a rock concert) pretty much anywhere in the building

We came in from Cincinnati and took an Uber to Express Live from our hotel and when we got to the door, they informed me that my purse was "too large" and could only be 5x8 inches. We purchased the tickets on Ticket Master and did not see anything on the Ticket Master website or my ticket regarding this ridiculous policy. The staff was extremely rude and told us to "hide the bag outside" if we wanted to come in. They offer no alternative like lockers etc.
They carry no Budweiser products and don’t have appropriate garnishes for the drinks they do offer.
If you are old enough to care about the total experience of going to a concertDO NOT go to Express Live! We will NOT be back!response / report this review -

Good shows not very good staff making sure things don't get out of hand. We were inside the indoor venue and people 10x bigger then us started jumping on top of me and my sister it took security at least 5 min to realize that we wanted out and had to raise us over the gate. People can get hurt here very easily.

Was attacked by a bouncer for something I didn't do. Seen a bouncer cussing so I figured it was someone behind me so I look and was grabbed by the shirt. I was beat on by security. My friend taped the entire incident. I left the show early tramatized and from beaten. I get security is supposed to be aggressive during events, but why are they starting fights. I seen a younger bouncer 15 minutes before that trying to get a fan to fight him. It would be a great venue, but the staff is under trained. I would like to speak with a manager since one couldn't be present after the incident

At first glance, the indoor component of this standing-only venue seems a bit cold and industrial. However, with the right act, it can become the perfect place to see a show (especially with a balcony perch). One such act is Phoenix which transformed the space into a Euro dance club with their amazing mirror backdrop and light show. A fussy space would have been incongruent with this show. Instead, it enhanced the concert. Pluses for friendly staff and wide concourse/stairs.

The outside venue was really fun and had a great view of the cityscape. Employees were very relaxed and its a great spot to listen to some music. Beers weren't too expensive

One of the best venues I have ever been to. Bathrooms and concessions are easily accesible. The size of the venue is perfect. We were in the lawn and it sounded amazing.Staff was extremely friendly(don’t bring large purses or backpacks). I had an amazing Late Night Slice of pizza and took our cocktails straight from A&R Music Bar into the venue which was an amazing touch! We will be back!

A good concert venue. Clean, has lots of bathrooms, and the staff is helpful when you need them. The only really irritating thing is the bag rules. No backpacks at all, no matter how tiny. And they don't tell you until you get up to the gate so then you lose your place in and have to go back to your car. And now the bag rules for any bag only slightly bigger than a wallet. They need to have bigger signs about this and have it more easily accessible when you're looking up info on the venue. I couldn't find anything when I was trying to find regulations for the venue.

Went to see the Half God/Half Devil show and the venue was great. Had a great time and enjoyed the performances. Definitely want to go back and shows here.

Went to the Gemini Syndrome/Avatar/Motionless in White/In This Moment show. The staff were helpful and really great. Sound was great, crowd was surprisingly civil. I've been a metal fan for 25 years, so I haven't seen too many metal crowds behave better, and I've definitely seen much worse. The bathrooms did get pretty totaled by the second set. The only downside is if you're short, you have to stay close to the pit to see anything. That's cool when you're 18, but tougher for us older fans. There is no seating (except some kind of weird reserved thing going on upstairs), so be smart and wear really supportive shoes if you want to last 4 sets without leg pain.

Great Venue! Went and saw Dweezil Zappa there recently and it was very clean and so was the sound! If you're looking for a more intimate concert/show where no matter where you are is a great view and great sound I would highly recommend giving them a try let alone they have a great line-up to offer most of the year! Tickets are reasonable and can't speak to the quality of drinks(non-drinker) but people seem to behave themselves when they're there. Plenty of parking in the area also!
