Very happy with our stay here after a day at Cedar Point. Good rates, nice enough rooms with comfy beds. Wonderful selection of breakfast items. Nice place to stay.

Thay said thay have a pool on their website but they don't very false advertising and the rooms are not nice. The pictures aren't even of the hotel. They stole pictures and used them. And the whole place just looked dirty and unsafe.

Customer service was great. Our bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. We notified the house keeping manager and she contacted her manager and comped our stay. Staff was Very professional.

This is no fancy Hotel, but it is a very decent Motel. I don't know why this place is getting the low reviews, it's a nice place to spend the night.

The rooms are ok, beds are SMALL. Hard to fit one adult and one child onto one dbl bed. Walls are thick you can't hear what's going on outside or next door that is nice. Their complementary breakfast has a veey nice variety and kept stocked very well. Unfortunately, when we stayed the pool was broken? I guess! But we were not to far from Cedar Point like a half mile to a mile. One major problem was we stayed with our son's travel baseball league and we booked through them. Well, when we got here we were charged 40 more than expected. It took a lot of grief to get the original quoted price.

Awful room for price stayed after a long day at Cedar point from 10-12 and would have rather drove home 2 hours than stayed there if the hotel hadn't already been paid for by a friend, woke up the next morning with spider bite but definitely had to check for bed bugs when I entered the room. The employees at the desk were very nice but that only can count for so much with such awful maintenance in the rooms.

The room was overall presentable but I didn't appreciate the amount of insects. There were webs in the corners full of dead spiders and other insects. Mosquitoes clouded the door so we had to swat them all off before we could get in the room. I saw what I think was a type of roach on top of the mirror just casually strolling along. The service was nice and the ladies were pleasant and willing to help us with whatever we needed. Beds were made and bathroom was clean and things were in tip top shape. My only issue was the bugs.or was to the point where I was kind of uncomfortable sleeping bc there might have been bed bugs but there weren't. So its not the worst but it surely wasn't very good.

Several things were wrong with this and regret booking this random hotel just for cedar point, but you don't expect a hotel to be that disgusting!
First off, we were handed 2 cards to open the door as soon as we got to the room they didn't work, we had to get new keys.
Second off, we walk into the hotel room and take off our shoesno joke..the rug was absolutely soaked. The rug was soaked because the air conditioning was near it, atleast 1/6 of the rooms rug was wet and smelled. I get it was wet because the air conditioning was near it but it's a fricken hotel the rug shouldn't be soaked!!!
Third, the bathroom had mold and little flies near the toilet paper
Fourth, spider eggs were in the corner of our hotel, I even took pictures.
Fifth, we forgot our keys after cedar point and in just 10 seconds somebody from my family opened the window and climbed through it so you can't even leave no valuable things in their or money, lucky we didn't get robbed.
Sixth, they made us pay $15 + tax per night for a extra bed, which are free in other hotels.
Lastly, this hotel was so overpriced for how disgusting it was, $200 for 2 nights was crazy, you shouldn't pay more than $50 a night for this rundown mess. Customer service was good though, the people don't deserve to be working in a dump. Would rate a 0 if I could. Also when booking this place last month it said online we got the last room, so
I was unable to book my own room at that time..when we got to the hotel, less then 10 cars were there, very empty and false statements.response / report this review -

Disgusting as ever bed bugs and filth bed sheets and blankets had stains and hairs on them and i found baby bed bugs. We were there 20 mins and I asked for my $ back horrible and they didn't even? Me about anything so it must be a problem everyday. Also hotel was filled with prostitutes and some stayed in room next to us and they were trying to talk to my boyfriend definitely had to go.
