We were on the road to visit family for christmas and the battery in my 2916 Tahoe died. I was able to jump start it and drive directly to Dyer, but arrived 5 minutes after the service area had closed. The salesman, Johnathan, raced to the back to see if anybody was still in the back. Luckily he found Kenny who just about to leave who came back to check my vehicle and replace my battery. Kenny stayed an hour after he was off and delayed his last minute christmas shopping just to get us back on the road. That’s customer service.
Thanks guys!!!
We just left the dealer. We were out at the lot looking at the trucks for well over 10 min, not one sales representative acknowledged our presence. They must not want the biz at all. Don't understand how if they at the end of month. Off to Ford instead.
My passenger side got fixed and it looked good until I took a good look at my number on that side n still looks like it's Budged out on that side and my decal 08/18 on my license plate was taken off during the time it was there.
Got a great deal on my Chevy Silverado thanks to Mark Heyman! Great guy, great salesman, fantastic dealership! It was a pleasure doing business with Dyer Chevy Ft Pierce and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future! Kudos also to their parts and service department for getting my accessories on time and installed professionally! Truly remarkable service!!!!!!!!
I BOUGHT A 2015 CHEVROLET SILVERADO AT DYER CHEVROLET AS OF 1 YEAR AGO EVERYONE WAS SUPER EXCITED ABOUT MY NEW TRUCK😆😎! THEN JUST THE OTHER DAY I TOOK IT IN TO GET FIXED AND MIKE WAS RUDE TO US, WE JUST SIMPLY ASKED IF HE COULD WASH THE TRUCK WHEN THERE ALL DONE WITH IT! HE SAID, WE CAN'T DO THAT WERE VERY BUSY! WE TALKED TO A MANAGER AND GOT IT ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT PLUS A BASKET FULL OF FREE STUFF! FORTUNATE FOR ALL THE FREE STUFF, BUT UNFORTUNATE THAT HAPPENED TO ME!
Great buying experience. Traded out of a Ford to a 2018 Malibu Premier. Mike the salesman was terrific. Thank you Dyer Chevrolet
They are not a company I will ever do business with nor would I recommend them to anyone. I saw a 2017 Chevy Colorado 4x4 crew cab listed on the website for $31,736 and went down to see the vehicle. Upon talking with the sales person John, (nice guy)and they appraised my vehicle John told me that the priced listed on the site was wrong. That the best they could do was $34,986 after all the rebates/discounts.they refused to honor their advertised price. I went to Okeechobee to Gilbert Chevrolet and got a better deal than Dyer's price. It was definitely worth the drive and much friendly folks all around.
I've only been here for service three times and they were pleasant to deal with. They seem to have computer issues each time. It's a new dealership so maybe they are working out the kinks. They service writers are very friendly and helpful.
I unexpectedly found myself in need of another vehicle. When I arrived at Dyer I was not mobbed by commission piranha. When I was in need of information someone was available, but not breathing down my neck. Both the sales and financing staff I worked with were professional and approachable - anyone who has bought a car in recent years knows both are rare qualities. They were able to find a vehicle that fit my need and went beyond my expectations, make the process go by quickly and painlessly, and do so with a financing option better than I anticipated. They did the leg work to make it work for me. If interested I recommend Adrian Achaibar and Joe Noach for sales. Jim Carr the financing guy was strait forward and very professional. I have always hated buying a car because of all of the BS. There was NONE of that here.
ONLY ONE WORD FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THIS DEALERSHIP..
"H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E". STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. I AM ONE VERY UNSATISIFIED CUSTOMER..AND I BOUGHT 2 CARS WITHIN FOUR MONTHS FROM THEM AND THEY TREATED ME TERRIBLY!! THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY REFERRALS FROM ME AND ANYONE I MEET WHO WANTS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE I WILL BE CERTAIN TO TELL THEM TO STAY AWAY FROM DYER CHEVROLET IN FORT PIERCE. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!! AND AS FOR SOME OF THE PEOPLE THERE WHO CLAIM TO CALL THEMSELVES CHRISTIANS..JUST REMEMBER..GALATIANS 6:7..A MAN REAPS WHAT HE SOWS. I REST IN KNOWING THAT GOD IS MY ADVOCATE.
It is my understanding that any other work done on ones car is to be pre-authorized. I brought my Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. That's all I wanted done to my car. Your service department took it upon themselves to go ahead and do the 50,000 mile service. I was not asked in any way, either in person, phone call, or text if I wanted this done. I went to get my car OVER 3 HOURS LATER and expecting a bill under well $100 I got socked with a NINE HUNDRED DOLLAR charge for work I had NOT authorized. Luckily I could afford to pay it but I kept thinking back to the days when would not have been able to afford a $900 bill. When we called the Service Manager he basically said "oh well, too bad, the work has been done."
Not only that but it was obvious I needed a new rear wiper blade as 1/2 of it was hanging off and they ddnt replace it. So much for your 20 point inspection.
So Dyer Service Department, you have lost me and my husband as customers, which means so has Dyer Chevrolet, and just as I was thinking of getting a new Equinox too. I guess the Chevy dealer in Stuart will be getting my business now.
Tried working with them on a new car. Salesperson immediately came off as being arrogant - "30 years in the business I know everything" blah blah etc. They didn't really seem interested in wanting to sell anything, and it was clear the sales manager did not want to be bothered. The sad part is that I actually gave them a referral in the past with a customer who bought. In contrast I had a much better experience at Wallace, they seemed interested and eager to earn my business, with a much more friendly and respectful atmosphere. Stay clear of Dyer.
I took my car to Chevrolet dealership in Fort Pierce for service. My service advisor Bill told me that my Turbocharger have went on my car. So that cost me 3 grand which my mom had paid for me. Two weeks later the car broke down. And now they're telling me I need a new engine. I know when you put the car in the computer it should tell you everything that's going wrong with it. They told me one thing and got money out of me and now I have no car and no money. Best service department don't take your car there.
Excellent service shop! Everyone is so professional, knowledgeable, and honest! Also, they are all very nice! They address all issues they see or forsee coming. I will never take my car anywhere else, not even for an oil change. I highly recommend this facility! Ask for Andy in the service department, he will take care of everything for you!
