Extremely satisfied after taking my dog for a check up. The second I have a concern, i call and can get him seen so quickly. Wait time in the lobby is minimal and the vet does a great job thoroughly examining my pet while explaining to me everything they saw.

We did have to wait for a very long time on our first visit, but we were given an unsolicited %10 discount for our patience. I've never had any medical professional value MY time before. As for our pet, she is now in remission thanks to the treatment provided at Dupont.

This is the best veterinary clinic we've ever been to. When we had to put our dog down they took the best care of our dog and our family as well. We couldn't ask for anything more out of them and wish other businesses were this good with their clients. Thanks again everyone.

The first time I contacted Dupont Veterinary Clinic, I wasn't a customer, but a concerned cat-mom of a sick kitty and the vet I had been going to at the time was closed for the night. Even though I've never been there, the person on the phone was very helpful when I described what was going on, and, after assessing that it wasn't a life threatening emergency, they got me in to see someone first thing in the morning.

I was so impressed with my service there that they immediately became my regular vet. The large (and very clean!) waiting room and separate examination rooms makes for a low-stress environment for all animals, and everyone I have met there has been incredibly friendly and informative. On the rare time that they were running significantly behind schedule(as happens everywhere from time to time), I was offered refreshments and regularly given updates to make sure I knew that I wasn't forgotten.

All-in-all, I highly recommend this place! If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a visit.

It is really hard to find a good vet, but the Veterinarians and staff at Dupont are definitely some of the best in the area. While the prices are a bit high compared to some other options, it is as they say, "you get what you pay for". They have always done a great job and are very attentive to the animals. They make sure your cat and dog are cared for and show the animals that they see in their practice love. You can tell all the people that work here really love animals. The staff takes the time to explain everything that is going on and answers all your questions very throughly.

This vet is very clean and beautiful inside and out. Good customer service and they care about your pet! I do have one huge complaint and that is the prices and the fact that they require you to come in for a yearly exam for your pet. I dont think you should be required to do that if your pet is perfectly fine. They will not give monthly flea and worm medicine unless you come in and pay for the yearly visit. It doesn't make sense it just seems like they are trying to hold your animals health hostage unless you pay up. Hopefully they will rethink that rule

I had to make an emergency vet visit 3 days after I had brought my 8 week old Shih Tzu puppy home from the breeder because I had found out he was exposed to the Parvovirus. They were very prompt in getting him in and tested ASAP. He had tested positive and even though I couldn't afford the treatment, they supported my decision in treating him from home and were helpful during the 5 days I had to bring him in to have subcutaneous fluids to keep him hydrated during his battle. He survived it and it wouldn't have been possible without DuPont Vet! I'm so thankful they were supportive and extremely helpful! He is now 5 months old and such a happy little puppy! THANK YOU AGAIN!

Our decision to adopt dogs so late in life has been only made better because of the Dupont Veterinary Clinic. These people have a true gift for the care of your precious pet. I have always been treated special and my dogs have been looked after as if they are royalty. I just can not say enough good things about these folks. They are truly dedicated and very special people and I love them all!!!!! Thank you again for taking such good care of Gemma and Sophie. I am more than sure if they could talk they would express the same feelings that I have for al of you!!!!

This place is amazing! I didn't realize a vet's office could offer such great service until my dog became a patient! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and caring! I feel like they truly care about me and my dog and that means a lot, especially with how stressful visits to the vet can be. Over the last few years, we've been to this vet's office 20-30 times for various illnesses, emergencies, surgeries, routine visits, etc and have seen 4 different vets. Dr. Rietdorf and Dr. Dawes are my two favorite, I've never felt rushed with either of the them. They are top-notch doctors and I highly recommend them.
