Ever since this office switched owners their customer service and quality of procedures has lowered. They do not answer your calls for appointments and never follow up to schedule appointments. My parents have both had issues with fillings falling out and having to return to redo procedures

Two years ago I started seeing Dr. Shareef and he told me last year that I have to put a crown on my tooth. He told me I didn’t need a root canal. Two weeks later I complained to him that I have pain in my teeth and he told me that it would go away. From that point, the whole year every visit I complained about the pain. He didn’t do anything about it until I got an infection. He then sent me to a specialist to get a root canal. Then I had to pay double for the specialist for my root canal. He charged me for everything because he needed to close the root canal, it was 100% his fault but he never apologized for it.

I found Dr Shareef provides excellent dental care. His dentistry expertise is truly praiseworthy. His commitment to exceptional dental care is apparent because he takes the time to personally and fully explain each step of the dental procedure to be undertaken. In addition to Dr. Shareef dental abilities and competence, I’ve always found the other experienced dental professionals and office staff to also perform at commendable levels of competence.

The dentist Dr. Julio is always excellent and personable. The Hygenist Arianna is friendly, intelligent and helpful discussing my dental issues. Also the admin staff are great!!
