Customer service is excellent, sometimes they are busy and you have to wait, the prices are on the high side and the quality of merchandise is excellent. I prefer this company though out of the others available at the mall.

My fiance came here to pick out an engagement ring, the staff was very nice and was very will to help him. When they sold him the ring they failed to tell him that the ring WAS NOT REAL GOLD. It was S4. I was heartbroken when I realized it and so was he. I didn't even wear the ring thinking he would be able to return it. Four days later he went back, and. Apparently there is a no return policy. It is absolutely ridiculous that you can not return a ring that you were not given all of the information about. He thought he was buying a quality white gold product. Staff just wanted to make the sale and gave no information about the product. What kind of company does that? We will NOT use it as an exchange, and will NEVER shop or recommend this store to anyone. Buyer beware. Worst experience at a jewelry store we have ever had.

We paid off my fiance weeding bands and there card machine charged my card 4 times. I did not receive any kind of empathy or sorry for the mistake that has happen.when I asked one of the employees when to check our banking to see when we would be getting our money back they told us the wrong time.I had my finger sized there 3 times n the 2 times before each worker said I where an 8.5 and I told them I thought the ring was to tight until the last time they let me try on a 9. The lady on the phone dealing with the issue of the money situation could of at least apologized to us for the inconvenience. We also had to wait 5 days for our money back.
