Sandy was so helpful and patient this past week when I lost my dog of 13 years. She was so nice and compassionate. She was also very good at answering any questions I had and reassuring me. I highly recommend Ducro for pet loss.

During these very difficult times, Ducro and his team were awesome. Actions are everything and they show it by being genuine, compassionate and patient throughout the process. While my thoughts were in a fog, Mrs. Kathleen was there to lend a helping hand. Every time I reached out to her, she responded. I can't speak enough about how helpful not only was she, but other staff members like Elder Sargeant, Mr. Ducro (Coach), Ms. Peachy and others. I would choose no other business to get this type of services from.

By far, the most difficult time on one's life when your wife of 36 years is taken away from you. At a time like this, you have to trust the people that are helping you. Lets face it - this is a time when you are most vulnerable to deceptions. I've known J.P. for a number of years - his personality and kindness has always given me a great feeling that he truly cares. Because of him, I felt totally at ease with Scott and the rest of the staff at Ducro. With Duro, I was given the feeling that there was no rush to make decisions and I could digest the information that they were giving me. I would find myself asking this a lot. "it is okay if we do this?", and I would basically get the same answer that "it's whatever I want".
It's been 7 months since the passing of my wife and I am still grieving, but I can sit here today and tell you that I felt loved by J.P. and his staff. I can also say that Laura was well cared for.
Ironically - a few weeks ago, I lost my eldest dog. There was no question in my mind. I needed my friends to take care of him. Believe it or not - they gave me the same respect and sympathy and care that they gave my wife - so heart warming.
Death is not an easy thing to face and the decisions are equally not easy - but I will say to you, that you can absolutely be assured that Ducro Funeral will take excellent care of your loved one/ones.response / report this review -

Although our family lives in Virginia, our dearly departed sister resided in Ohio. We thought that funeral arrangements would be difficult. Not so, Ducro made the transition process easy. Their administration and support were phenomenal, even though the distance between us were far apart, their services, support, and compassion brought us closer which made it easier for us to accomplish our responsibility to our sister.

Ducro Funeral services truly deserves all 5 stars! My mother passed away on Christmas Eve evening. JP himself and his staff attended to our needs without ever missing a beat, as if they did not have their own family and festivities going on. Every part of the services were personal and perfect, fit for a queen. We can not thank them enough for their professionalism, availability and guidance during this most difficult time. (We chose the horse drawn hearse which was a special touch in our opinion.)
