Very good builder! I absolutely LOVE my home! Mr. Dryden is very personable and attentive to your home buying needs. At the beginning of my building process (August 2012), I told him I wanted access to my attic from inside my garage. He ask me why and what was I going to put up there. I told him my Christmas tree, storage, etc. He said no one buys fake trees lol. Fast forward nearly 5 months later I moved in a few days before Christmas 2012. I came home and there was a Christmas tree on my porch from Mr. Dryden. He is such a sweet man! Thank you for all you do that made our home buying experience AMAZING! #HappyHomeOwner

I have been living at 310 Fraser Circle ( Liberty Court ) for over seven years. The Apartment I'm living in is a one bed room, one bath, one kitchen and one living room. The apartment I'm living in is
well maintained and it's very comfortable. Miss. Louise and Miss. Mary are very friendly staff members at the Housing Office in Downtown Hinesville. When ever I call the Office to report a problem in my Apartment; Miss. Louise or Miss. Mary would always assist me in resolving the problem in my Apartment by submitting work orders to get the problem fixed.

Beautiful properties.

Maintentence issues take extended amounts of time to be fixed.

Staff is unorganized and unprofessional.

We love our new home but Dryden is not very good about making sure things get fixed. There are several areas in our home that need to be touched up as well as a leak in our dining room. Every time we call Dryden, they never answer. When they do, they will send someone to look at the issue, but noone ever comes out to actually fix it. This is getting very frustrating.
