Michael Wilson is awesome! He got on the phone with me to speak to insurance to help navigate the details and explain what he was seeing after his investigation. He provided digital photos promptly. He took excellent care of my tenants. And he was especially caring during a high stress time. We are mid process and so far…awesome. Thank you.

I would have liked to have had a better understanding of expectations. What was going to happen and when. The second gentleman was late and then took a lengthy break. I had to send him home and come back the next day. The next day two different people arrived. It took them an additional 3 hours to complete when the guy from the previous day said he had one hour of work remaining.
I think for me just set better expectations. Everyone else was very professional and made me feel comfortable. .response / report this review -

It is very highly professional team ensuring the high quality. After experiencing the prompt response from management to my earlier review I am updating my feedback comment. This team is always respecting customer feedback and take immediate action to fix. Cann't expect this from all professional companies. Awesome!!!

Our AC unit leaked causing water damage in the house. We reached out to Dry Force and they were able to get a team out to assess the damages. After the drying of the area they sent out Mr. Luis G who has been nothing short of amazing.
Luis was on time, he was professional and he treated our home with respect as if it was his own home. He took his time and treated the infected area promptly. He also was very patient with me and was able to explain the entire process start to finish. His knowledge in the field is astounding. I really couldn't have asked for a better person to get the job done. Thank you so much Luis for everything you've done.response / report this review -
