Great store to shop at shipping is fast and they Provided a tracking number right away online I orderd a co2 injection system and I didn’t know how to install it and I called there customer support number and they had one of there highly educated staff guide me step by step on how to install it and there was a leak and they sent me a new one as I was on the phone 5 star 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ rating thank u doctor fosters and smith ( :

Dr. Foster & Smith rocks!. I ordered an aquarium from them as a Christmas present and it arrived shattered. F&S Customer Service immediately sent out a replacement next day air and all is well. They must know the secret of creating and retaining customer loyalty. Great customer care is on top of the great selection and competitive pricing they offer.

Horrible Customer Service online. Pretty good service if you call them. Have had an order placed for almost 7 days now. Still no tracking number. I emailed Foster and Smith Friday. Still no word. So save yourself the trouble and just call the 800 Number. All but 1 of the phone reps was good. The bad one wasn't rude per se, she just had that "i would rather be doing something else than answer questions about pet meds or getting your vets info" tone. But aside from that the order was placed correctly and I received it about 3 days later. So 5* for phone support zero stars for online support. FWIW they charged my credit card the same day I placed the order online they just must not have email in Wisconsin.

What a frustrating experience. Tried to get my cat's prescription through these people and they don't have a frigging clue what they're doing. They keep claiming that they've requested approval from my vet but are not getting responses; my vet tells me they've sent responses repeatedly. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth--VIA FAX!!!!!! They're far too lazy and passive aggressive to PICK UP THE PHONE and call the vet to get it straightened out. Meanwhile, I'm running out of medication!! Just send the damn stuff already! I will never, ever use this company again.

Great Warehouse store. While they don't have everything in the catalog in the store, they have most of it in the back warehouse. Most of it. However the GREAT staff got our item drop shipped for no added cost!!!

If your looking for pet supplies and are in the area, stop on in. It is in the middle of "No where", but its a great find!

Did I mention the staff was great????

The staff went out of their way to help me after the call center accidentally gave me the wrong time of closing and I had only minutes to shop rather than an hour after driving 30 miles to get there. Also an item that I specifically wanted that had just come off of sale, they sold to me at the sale price.

They have everything you could possibly need for your pets. The staff is so helpful and friendly and will make sure you and your pet are satisfied with what you choose. They also have great dog food I would recommend, my 2 Boxers love it. The prices are unbelievably good.
