I've been trying to order a small simple part from these people for a few months. Instead of waiting until until the part was in stock and filling my order they just cancelled my order stating, "The part was not in stock at this time". When I replied to customer service nobody replied to me. I want a Clutch nut tool to remove the clutch on a DB50 bike. Good luck! If anyone at DRR reads this, your customer service has been cow pie to me. I would never recommend anyone to your company. I would love to update the review of your company pending I get some sort of help.
Update - Mr. Louis Decuzzi made right by my frustration by handling the order himself. I was shipped not only the part i'd been trying to get, but also a few auxiliary items that were also needed. I understand supply chain difficulties, but that was not the issue. The lack of communication was the issue, and i hope that issue is resolved in the future.response / report this review -

DRR off-road got back to about a sponsorship. Each time I have a question they always get back to me in a short period! Would highly recommend being a part of the DRR off road team!!! I love my drr quad.
