One of my favorite places to shop for supplies, or just walk around. Rain or shine. Because of Wolf trap nurseries, I am, very much, into Bonsais. They also offer Bonsai classes Check them out

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I am a complete novice and the gentleman who helped me through the bonsai process was nothing short of outstanding. During the process he made very good recommendations and was extremely accommodating to my strange circumstances. He was also very attentive to my questions and concerns about the bonsai tree/process and had informational handouts for me to take with me to continue care for the bonsai tree. If you're looking to try your hand at bonsai, or looking for a friendly nursery, this is the place for you!

First time visiting the nursery and I fell in love! The bonsais are super healthy and the price is unbeatable. The plants there are super full and the cheapest compared to other nurseries around. I picked up a string of turtles and a sensitive plant for a total of $10! What a steal! 11/10 would recommend :)
