Food was phenomenal. Had the cajun grouper with kale slaw--amazing! Views are spectacular. Service was impeccable. Even the kids menu and food was good. Definitely worth it.

The main restaurant is nice and the food is good. A little pricey but you pay for the view of the water. The outside tiki bar is nice and the band stage is great. This is one of the few good places on Tampa Bay for waterfront dining and drinks.

Had a great time! Food awesome..service awesome and greeted with smiling faces! The atmosphere is beautiful n the xmas decorations just added to the holiday cheer! Love this place to dine with family n friends! I give them a rating higher than "5"!!!

While the food was delicious the service was horrible. Waited an hour and a half before they took our food order. Half our party left and went to another restaurant. Very expensive. Placed our party, which we had reservations, on outside patio with rainy weather and temperature in the low 50's. When manager was talked with about this the feeling we got was oh well. One waitress looked very mad. The taller waitress was the only pleasant employee. I will not go back.

Lunch was great here. The restaurant is on the water and is really nice. Like the outside bar and it looks like they do concerts there. The food tasted great and they gave you a good amount. A little pricey but worth it. The service was great and friendly.

We went there twice within 24 hours because we anchored right there. The food was good, but the service wasn't either time.
The waitstaff was quick to take our first order, but didn't check on us at all or ask if we needed anything else (which we did).We waited a looong time for them to even get our bill. We would have stayed for more drinks, but no one really bothered to wait on us after the first order.
Such a shame. The atmosphere is pretty cool, but the wait and bar staff need to be retrained.response / report this review -

I have eaten at Circles many times, and have always enjoyed my meals. Not only is the food great, but the view and atmosphere are amazing. The food is always fresh, and the desserts are handmade and so delish!
Circles also promotes several events for the community. On Thursday nights, they do a fabulous ladies night. They also do an outstanding Halloween party, and New Years Eve bash with the best fireworks! I have and will continue to recommend this restaurant!response / report this review -

Great food!
Very noisy, went for a birthday dinner.
4 out of 5 of us enjoyed our meal.
Husband ordered the pork chops, he said they were tough.

Danielle is an amazing server!! Our daughter came on from out of town and we brought her here for dinner. The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding. We will ask to be seated in her area every time we come here. Thanks again for a wonderful night Danielle!!

Fantastic food, phenomenal service, and an awesome atmosphere. Had our daughter's 16th birthday dinner celebration there with our family and six of her friends. Tony and Tonya didn't miss a beat on service even though they were juggling two other tables with large parties. Everything on the menu was phenomenal and it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted because everything sounded so delicious from reading the menu descriptions. They also went the extra step and assisted us with the cake setup for our guests. Overall, an awesome experience and we'll definitely be going again.

Great food. ..I've never had a bad meal here. Last visit, had Smoked Fish Spread and Ahi Tunaboth excellent. Beautiful view and good good music from a live band.

Been here twice and the same thing has happened. We made reservations for a time and we wasn't seated until 30 minutes after our time we have reserved. They need to do a better job in planning for big parties. Food was great and we had a nice dinner after the setback.

Food was delicious, prepared perfectly and presented appealingly. Great atmosphere especially for a special occasion. Server was attentive, friendly and efficient. He went above and beyond to please wait h guest.

Great views and the food is OK, but not great. They are very inflexible in their menu, and only allow substitutions of the sides listed for entrees for $2.50 fee. I wanted to order the fried Cod for my daughter, but didn't want the zucchini and rice pilaf that came with it, because I knew she wouldn't eat it. I was told they never allow substitutions and I would have to pay extra, on an already expensive dish. Also, they are NOT kid friendly at all. I have two very well behaved kids, who were walking outside near the deck next to our table. The waiter saw them walking on the shells and said they needed to get off and then handed me a card with a list of rules for kids. Wow.

Really lovely waterfront views. I highly recommend the fried grouper sandwich with kale and cabbage slaw. I didn't want that fish to end! Prompt friendly service for lunch in a stunning atmosphere with excellent food. My bill was $15 with tip. For fresh grouper. Yayy me for stumbling upon a fresh find.
