Dr. Lineman is very informative and thorough in explaining treatments and answering questions. I would highly recommend the practice.

I took my 89 year old mom to Dr. Linehan because she was in so much pain she could barely walk. He implanted the Medtronic Pain Stimulater device in her back and within a few days the pain went away. She is now able to walk and get around again. He and his staff along with the Medtronic reps were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with pain management.

He is good at giving lumbar epidural injections.I’ve had to wait 3 weeks for appointment, my insurance didn’t approve injection yet. It was because the insurance needed more information, I had to call the insurance and get my insurance company to call them for the information. They approve it immediately. I am established patent and have to suffer in pain 1 1/2 months because of scheduling and insurance on their part. No thank you. The doctor is good at what he does if you can put up with his office workers.

This was a very unusual experience. Dr. Linehan is a very nice doctor but the office staff is rude. I was suppose to get a MRI on my spine in June. I did make a mistake and my voice mail was full and I missed a call from Fairfield Medical Center to schedule. So I tried calling Precision like 3 weeks after and they said they would have to resubmit to my insurance which I felt is if I should have been punished for making a mistake. So I apologized to them for missing the call. The office told me that it would be 2-3 weeks more to get that all setup. So I waited patiently. Called to follow up and left Voice Mails several times with NO return calls. I just called today 9/18/2020 because I just can't stand the pain and the office staff told me to call FMC myself and schedule it. Which the lady at precision pain care had her normal tone of making me feel like I am at fault and I should no better. I called FMC to schedule the MRI and they said it needs resubmitted through my insurance. FMC staff member was very nice and helpful. This should have been done by Precision Pain Care staff and was not. I called Precision back and told them what FMC told me and the Staff member at Precision said "I don't know what your talking about"!. Now i am not in the medical field and I know nothing about the procedures. Again I felt like I done something wrong. I asked her my options and she said you will have to pay out of pocket or wait. I don't know how to express how rude she was about the situation. Every time I called in I indicated I am in consistent pain and like to get this taken care of. Even the fist day I got there i had a picture of my insurance card on my phone and she made me feel as if that was unexceptionable. Im not saying I was a total angle during the last interaction but I was losing my patience and I would say if I was rude it was a built up animosity to the office staff member that has been consistently rude to me. I am giving them a 1 star review because I believe that Doc. Linehan is a good doctor but the office staff are the front line and support and you need that to do the best job. So for that I give a 1 star. This is a business like any other and customer service should be respected. We all in this world pay a lot of money for medical insurance and treatments and do not deserve to feel like we have done something wrong if we do not know about a certain procedure. They are the professionals and they need to act like it. I felt unwanted and uncomfortable with the office staff. I have now requested another office and I will not return. I do not recommend this place.

I owe everything to Dr Linehan! I have never had a Doctor Care for me like he did. His staff was incredibly welcoming and very friendly. I never felt like I was just another patient of his. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He performed surgery on my lower back and I can safely say that before surgery, my pain level was always at a 10 and now it’s at a 0. Because of him I was able to start working out again and have lost 84 lbs and am off all previous medications. I can never Thank Dr Linehan enough for giving me my life back! I will continue to recommend people to his office because I know they will receive the same amazing service that I received. Thank you so much Dr Linehan and your amazing staff!!

Dr. Linehan is a very caring doctor. He works to help you find solutions to your pain that makes you have your life back with a lot less pain and a lot more confidence. In this day when most doctors do not appear to really want good outcomes for their patients it was my pleasure to get to be treated from Dr. Linehan and his office.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. L and his staff! Kind, minimal waiting time, good at what they do. My pain levels have decreased substantially without the use of medicine.
