It's a motel But it's nice and clean. Kinda dig this place.

I have been staying at Lancaster Baymont for work for about 2 years. I come about every 2 months for a few nights and always has been a pleasure. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is always delicious and a great start to the day. I always look forward to coming.

Room was clean but seriously overpriced. No elevator, the hallways smelled musty and staff was somewhat rude. We have stayed in condos in Key West for less than we paid for this place.

Had a wonderful time. Price was great and breakfast was great too. Indoor pool although I never used it.

Room not cleaned, bed looked like someone just slept in it. Did not pick up trash, towels or vacuum. Did not replenish towels or other amenities. Called front desk, no response as of 20 minutes, no apology, no indication they would take care of the problem.

Horrible hotel. The linen and bathroom was not clean, hallway smelled like someone was smoking and it was supposed to be non-smoking. The room had an awful odor when I walked in and even stayed on my clothes when I got home.

We had a decent size room. It was definitely a comfortable stay. Good breakfast in the morning. Always nice to see free WiFi as well.

Nice hotel located near a mall and many restaurants. I'm giving 4* for the lack of an elevator otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Service was very polite. Room was clean. Bed was hard. Breakfast was okay. Location was convenient. WiFi worked great! Pool was nice.

Room was a pretty standard size and layout. Would have preferred the sink in the bathroom and a larger bathroom. Beyond that the rooms have kept up with the times as the room has very modern furnishings and decorations. Staff was very nice. Rooms have everything you need. Pool pretty standard. Breakfast is just okay. Great location. Kids love coming here.
