Have been getting my teeth cleaned here for a couple of years and I’ve been satisfied with them. However, when my last cleaning was done they told me to wait for the dentist to come do the final exam and left me alone in the room. After sitting there without anyone checking on me for an hour I went to the front desk where they didn’t offer any explanation and said I could leave if I wanted to. So I left without getting an examination. I recently went back to repair my permanent retainer. As I was leaving they said to call if I had any issues and they’d get me in quickly to fix it. Within 24 hours the repairs they made came undone. I immediately called about it and they said they couldn’t get me in until almost two weeks later and they might charge me to fix it. I’m strongly considering finding a new dentist.

As a single mom, without insurance for a few years, I had focused on my kids and not my teeth. I was nervous going into a dentist, but I found they were so nice and welcoming. They didn't judge, they understood and answered all my questions. They worked with me on a treatment plan I was comfortable with and so far I have been so pleased I have referred family to them. Can't say I'm looking forward to some of the procedures, who really likes dental work, but I feel in good hands
