Dr. Shapiro’s office had the gall to call me up and cancel the day of the appointment. After I waited 3 weeks to see Dr. Shapiro with a temporary crown.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Shapiro since 94 and I’ve always gotten great work from him I haven’t seen him in quite a while but was in dire straits because of a dentist that I didn’t have the confidence in completing the re-crowning of my mower. I made an appointment and had to waited for three weeks to see Dr. Shapiro. I was very clear with his staff about my situation had x-rays emailed to his office staff.

Dr. Shapiro’s office had the gall to call me up and cancel the day of the appointment. Of which I was coming from San Diego. Why didn’t Shapiro’s office tell me there was a problem three weeks earlier. Now I have a temporary that’s loose and nowhere to go. Where is the Dr. Shapiro I knew that cared about his patients?

Always top notch service. friendly, professional staff, I wouldn’t trust my “pearly whites” to anyone else. I have been a patient of Dr. Shapiro since he opened his practice and would not trust anyone else. He is a skilled professional with compassion and a staff that mirrors his unmatched reputation.

I've been happy with this team of dentists from day 1. I've now seen all 3 dentists and can say they are very kind, understanding and thorough. Dr. Brian Gradinger sat with me today and spent a long time helping me understand what he was seeing. I highly recommend him and the rest of the staff!

I went to pick up my whitening trays. I was greeted by Sandy as we walked up the stairs. We best the power outage.
Later in the office Tracy was delighted to see me. I was on great hands all the way..Great gals ,great staff😙. Love the way I'm treated with dignity and respect. Super hygienist Bonnie is. Always cheerful and confident.

Dr. Shapiro has a eye for brilliant and beautiful and handsome staff.
