Elite Exteriors provided a comprehensive and competitive bid proposal for my storm a damaged 3rd story residential roof. They recommended the GAF Timberline HDZ roof system for its superior quality, aesthetics, and warranty. Of the 5 contractors I received bids from, their contract was by far the most professional, clear and concise. They were also one of the few roof contractors to have carpenters on staff to handle the roof and eave repairs without the need for me to hire a separate carpentry contractor. They completed the project in record time, from complete tear off to deck and eave repairs, to re-shingling and flat roof replacement. The team work was amazing to watch. They had the finest automated equipment, lifts and dumpsters to not only deliver the quickest and best quality work but protect the home, landscaping, workers, and residents as well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Elite Exteriors installed new James Hardie siding and a roof on my house. Overall I’m very happy with the quality of their workmanship. I have received several compliments on how my house looks. Their crews were very professional and friendly. Elite Exteriors did a good job responding to concerns and questions that I raised during and after the project. Communication ahead of the project commencing could have been better and helped things go a little smoother but overall I am very happy with the end result.

Great service, responding to calls/emails timely. Arrived on time for estimate and provided great feedback. Willing to fix issues from errors with another contractor in a timely manner. Would recommend Elite for any type of work including siding which is what our issues were. A real joy to work with a contractor that response to your calls quickly and answers your questions right away.

Upon noticing that my ceiling drywall was collecting water, I immediately contacted Elite Exteriors. Elite was prompt, polite, and the pricing was fair. The flashing on my chimney and my siding was loose, and some of it was even installed backwards. Elite re-installed and re-fastened the flashings and caulked everything nicely.

Due to time sensitivity of my situation and weather, I was blown away by how quickly the job was completed. This made my life a lot less stressful! I would recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone looking for siding, roofing, windows, and decking work. Ryan specifically did a great job for us. He was easy to work with, straightforward and fair. Elite Exteriors did an excellent job installing new siding, soffits and trim to our house. The crew were true craftsmen who put in long hours, including cleaning up the property at the end of each day. The company was easy to work with and responsive to our questions. The color combination for the siding and trim they recommended turned out beautifully; we have received many compliments from neighbors. We now have a maintenance free exterior on our home. We highly recommend Elite Exteriors!
