Horrible Business!!! This place commits insurance fraud!! Billed my insurance for a new bumper and did a half ass job by just fiberglassing the issue.. Upon arriving to get my vehicle I wasn't given any paperwork.. So I asked and was told I didn't need anything.. I stated I do need paperwork for my own records.. Then upon receiving the papers I see that AAA was billed for a new bumper and paint..ect.. I tell my insurance company then call the shop to only be told " well that's a hard color to match and a aftermarket bumper from china won't fit right" SMH I hope this place gets shut down!!! And all the rest of the companies you and your brothers own downriver if they run their business like you STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

I highly recommend Downriver Collision. The owners treat you like family, and try to accommodate you as best they can. I received a phone call as soon as my car was finished, earlier than originally estimated, without me having to follow up. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you, Greg!

My first experience walking in I immediately recognized the man as a shyster. When I walk into a shop and deal with someone in business casual attire at a garage that's an immediate red flag. I'll take a greasy mechanic to speak with any day. He told me he'd call me back the next day and he didn't until I called him. Then he had the gall to tell me that parts alone would be $3500. That's really funny, because even brand new the parts don't exceed $600. If he didn't want my business as I was paying out of pocket he could have just said so. I showed up to get the car towed back to my house to fix it myself and they hadn't even moved or looked at the car. Avoid this place at all costs.

went here to get an estimate on the roof of my carthe owner came out and took one look (with an attitude) then said I can't do nothing for you then without saying anything walked awayall I needed was it sanded down and repainted so I can't even fathom what the big deal waswell he just lost a customer for life. I will NEVER go back EVERnasty person and rude. There are ton's of other body shops in the area that would be glad to take my money. I really don't need this crap and wont put up with it. I go to auctions and I will let everyone I come in contact with know of my experience. This was uncalled for.
