Purchased 2 new doors and openers from Douglas Garage Door Center. The whole process was about as smooth as a transaction could be. From checking out the doors at the showroom, to Dominick coming out to my house to take measurements and getting me a quote, to the day of install. Everything was on time! Highly recommend!

These are great people! I was at my brothers home while he’s staying warm in Florida when the keypad failed on the 45 year old keypad. Tim was great! I left a message Tuesday and he called Wednesday. He did his best to work me in on short notice. The installation guys were on time and did a great job too! Thank you all! Highly recommended!

I have used this service for the second time to address my garage door service and the technician was very prompt, efficient, courteous, and respectful. I will call anytime there’s an issue to resolve. My recommendation is, if you’re looking for quality, honestly, punctuality, and a fair price, then call if you have any issues and see for yourself.

Very easy process I made a phone call didn’t exactly know what I was talking about but knew what I wanted. The lady was very kind and understanding and helped me figure out what it was that I needed. They came out the next day. Very communicative handled the job and now I have a working garage door with the garage door opener. Very decent price. Very happy. Thanks again.
