Mahogany was an top tier amazing host! Honestly all of the staff was courteous and kind and pitched in when needed with no problem! We didn’t feel rushed and she really made things go smoothly! The place was definitely a zoo as there were other party’s booked and still we felt catered to.. they make sure to clear the area so that you get the privilege of having the bumper cars and or bungy jumper to yourself so your group can take their turns together! I’m so glad I didn’t “listen” to the negative reviews and chose this place! Thank you so much for an amazing party

This place is DISGUSTING! Unfortunately, I made our reservation, sight unseen. I was led on by the overall rating and the few pictures available. First of all, the place is dingy. It's covered in outdated 90s murals. It's dusty, as in there are dust bunnies chasing the kids as part of the amusement. In my photos, you can see the layers of dust that have settled on the pipes and the balloons that hang from the ceiling. The bouncy houses are in terrible shape. They show signs of extreme wear. You can tell nothing ever gets disinfected or a deep cleaning. The smell of sweaty feet is overwhelming. The floor and bumper carts were littered in trash. We spent a few minutes but the feeling of disgust got the best of me and we had to leave. $70 down the drain. Would have been better spent in nearby competitors that offer a cleaner, less claustrophobic experience. Please, invest your money on a more worthwhile experience.

I don't normally leave reviews but with the customer service I received from mahogany(mo) during my son's birthday party, i had to. Mo was extremely helpful and so kind. Mo did an amazing job getting the kids together and keeping them on schedule with the activities(working with kids is not an easy task, especially when bounce houses are involved lol). She constantly checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. This was our first time here and it will not be our last. Thank you again so much Mahogany, you helped make my son and his friends feel extremely special and we appreciate that!

Unfortunately my children and I did not have a good time. This is not a clean and sanitize play event for children. It was really dark, with very little light. There was not enough staff to monitor play area. My children used the virtual gaming and the staff did not clean or sanitize virtual game controller, before or after!!! I am not sure if they even properly are taking precaution to clean and sanitize the smaller children (2 and younger) play area, or any of the play areas. The building blocks were filthy and so were the play mats. My two year old had got sick the next day. My seven year old got lost trying to get out the bounce house. (there is no enter or exit sign). I fear that a child may get seriously injured. This establishment needs to be revised. I do not recommend this place for any parent to allow their children to be entertained here.

I had my sons birthday party and IT WAS A HIT!! Kylie and Michael Are Amazing!!! Because of them I booked the party here. I loved their personality and how they made me feel when I was looking for birthday venues.My family felt so welcomed and the kids had a BLAST!!! Thank you a million times! Place is so much fun for the kids!!
