Checked in early without a problem. Had a microwave delivered free of charge. Stayed 2 nights. Good hotel. Good martini bar in lobby.

Comfortable hotel. Near the Freeway. Service in the restaurant very welcoming. Front desk staff very efficient. 6th floor is the top floor.

The room is very nice. Clean and comfortable. We arrived at a rush time. It looked like a 2 tour buses arrived right before we did. We were a group of 3. The staff followed our reservation request of placing us close together. On the same floor at least. Even though they were overwhelmed with the tour buses, they held it together and got us our rooms quickly.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Only issue was conference room shared a hollow wall with another conference room which interrupted event. Audio setup and food was nice. Bathrooms were super clean.

Went to a Pest Board meeting with all the vendors of the business. The staff was extremely polite. All the waitresses we're kind and professional. The building itself was clean and tidy. 10/10. Though I personally wouldn't get a room there as I'm sure it costs quite a bit of money.

Very lovely place. Everyone was great and very accommodating. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. The meeting rooms are spacious and our group had a great time.

Room was clean, plenty of security cameras outside. Exercise room and a pool was easy to access. Just made I didn't get a cookie in my entry, but it was because they were swamped at check in.

Decent hotel. Sadly, my vehicle was broken into in the parking lot and my personal information was compromised. Hotel staff was apologetic, but ultimately unhelpful. San Bernardino Police Department refused to even take a report. Long story short: had to close and re-open bank accounts, spend $400 on a locksmith, and still don't sleep well at night. NOT WORTH IT! Until the parking lot is secure and 24-hour security is provided, take your business elsewhere. I was a regular customer for over 7 years, but I'll never stay again. Sad that you can't patronize a quality business just because it's in a bad neighborhood.

Was meeting family for drinks there while they were staying at the hotel. The patio is a lovely place to hang out, as the fire pits and lighting provide fantastic ambiance. The mixed drink I had was delicious, and they have a decent selection of draft beers. Would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

Went for drinks at the Cutting Board, the hotel restaurant/bar. Service was good and quick. We sat outside which has some nice ambiance though the nearby freeway is still audible. A pleasant bar experience.

Rooms are very nice, bathrooms are well stocked. Staff is very professional and upon check-in the staff give. You fresh baked cookies for everyone in your group. Pool is clean with plenty of places to sit. The gym is a good size with plenty of equipment for any type of workout. Would stay here again

The hotel is 5 star worthy with two small exceptions. The toilets are child sized circumference (standard height) and quite difficult for a large person to use. I'm 6'4" 210lbs and can barely fit on the thing. For the ease and low cost of swapping a toilet, especially considering that they could get a low flow option since we are in Southern California and water is a premium price, I would think they would pay for themselves and be a better impact on the environment. Other than that, it was a very nice room.

Great stay, will do it again. The service staff is great and took care of my requests quickly. Upgraded my room and gave me complimentary breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and the pool is awesome. The restaurant right next door to patio has a great bar and friendly staff. They brought us our drinks and took care of us.
