We have stayed at this place in the past because it has good rates. Unfortunately people are way to loud at night. Got woken up at 3 am to people yelling and running up and down hall way. Mind you these were grown adults. Then arguing in there room next to us. You could hear every word. When I called down. Nothing was done. Still went on for over an hour. Got annoyed so we ended up leaving since we were now wide awake. Plus hot tub was packed couldn't even use it

Had a good experience with American resort. They kept the rooms clean, front desk receptionist was very kind and kept the resort organized with the guest. Great location close to everything and would recommend coming again.

American Resort was a great hotel to stay at for a very good price. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We got free tickets to nearby attractions which was a great deal. The staff was very friendly.

This was the first time staying here. We stayed in one of the tree houses. Okay beds, and clean. We didn't like the hammering and breaking of glass at 7:00 am from a neighbor's houseyes, you're next to year-round homes. Also, the cleaning staff entered the girls bathroom/shower room without announcing HIMSELF. Yes, a man just walked in and started cleaning, while my young daughter was in the shower. Thank God she had her phone and she texted metook 30 seconds to get there and stop him. Not cool. The pools were okay. And if they offer you FREE PASSES TO Mt. Olympus, don't plan on going there. We were there on a Sunday & Monday off season, and it was packed because MANY places offer passes to Mt. Olympus. Tons of little kids without parents in charge. Horrible! We couldn't get near the place. Totally NOT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY!

The only reason i am writing a review is because I searched and searched for days, switching between staying at Mt. Olympus and here. The reviews are what confused me the most. I feel like this hotel is underrated. Of course it's hospitality and people are gonna have negative things to say so that's why I want to share my review of the place.

Overall: Well worth the money. I would of paid more to be honest. Stayed Friday 8:30pm till Sunday 6:30am, paid $204 for a standard Queen and bunk bed room and family of 3. Definitely will be staying again!

Pros: Clean. Clean. Clean. All around. Beds, counters, bathrooms, floors, lobby, pools. I was very impressed with how clean it was. The room was visually appealing. Really liked the TV. Loved that the room had a climate control. Most hotel rooms just have an A/C that runs till you turn off, the one in the room turned off when it reached the temp you set it at. Liked that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Super friendly staff. Went down to the front desk about 3 times our whole stay and everybody was super nice. At check in they give you a coupon book which was nice! The hotel pools were great as well. I liked the pool and hot tub in building B even though we stayed in building A it was worth the walk across the parking lot. The free passes were what put our stay over the top. My whole family loved the Timbavati Park and also the free entry to Mt. Olympus.

Cons: Parking wasn't what I expected. You had to be there and in for the night by 8 to be able to get a decent parking spot. Walls were kinda thin. But quiet time is at 11:30 which I felt was fair. I can't complain about the noise cause my son was louder then what id prefer as well. But he's a kid so what can you expect. The mini fridge ran a lot and it was a little loud but when you're exhausted from having fun all day it doesn't matter once you're asleep. Our room didn't have a DND sign so while we were out housekeeping came and organized the room which is fine but I would of liked to of been more prepared for that.

We had a great time. They were friendly and made sure everything went well. A lot of people complained about check in but we saw in our case that the people who stayed in our room before didn't leave till five. They apologized and offered a different room so we wouldn't have to wait. I hope that more people give them a better rating. Would stay again.

The rooms weren't super fancy but it was clean. My son loved the bunk beds in our room. The pool included a sauna and a hot tub inside and one outside, the pool was amazing but sometimes got a little crowded. Over all we had a great stay!!

The campground is not your typical campground. But what do you expect camping right in the middle of town. The staff at the resort are VERY helpful and VERY nice and friendly. The resort is in a good location. Within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The prices are also very reasonable with free tickets to My. Olympus and Timbavati Wildlife Park included.

I only stayed 1 night but I had a really good experience. If you have an RV, I would highly recommend this hotel. They have all of the hook-ups you need. They also give you a pass to My.Olympus which is definitely one of the best activities to do in the dells. The surrounding environment is not too much to look at as the RV area is in a parking lot behind the dells but when you're in the dells you probably aren't hanging out at the campsit. I would recommend this hotel.

**This is a great place to stay!** We stayed overnight at the RV park, which kind of wraps around the various hotel buildings. There are two indoor pools, one outdoor with waterslides, two indoor whirlpools, one outdoor, and two indoor saunas. This is definitely a kid-friendly resort with several playgrounds, basketball & tennis courts, sand volleyball, and lots of grassy areas to play. You are within walking distance to Riverview Park & Waterworld, Top Secret (The upside down White House), Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park, several restaurants, and a convenience store. For RVers, this is an especially nice park with wide & level spots, full hook-ups including cableTV, and easy to manage roads even with our 36' travel trailer. Use Passport America for unbeatable rates in the Wisconsin Dells area!
