  It was excellent, the Double Tree Hotel in Binghamton made me feel valued and very welcomed. There was nothing they could have done to make it better than they didn't already do. A job very well done.

  Loved it! One of the best Hilton hotels in the area that I’ve stayed in! Very clean, great view, good food, decent gym and pool. Location is very central too and free parking.

  Great hotel! The rooms are really nice. The beds & pillows are really comfortable. They towels & wash cloths and really soft too. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful too; and they give you warm cookies when you check in. Their bar is really nice!

  Very beautiful. Great beds. Great gym. Walk to downtown bistros. Glad to have found this place. No free breakfast.

  The check in process was very fast and the staff was friendly and took care of any issue I had. The rooms were tidy, clean and were updated. The hotel also had a restaurant/bar downstairs which is very convenient if your working late at night. The only thing I did not like was the parking lot was located across the street. This wasn't a big deal but the only negative I saw while I was there. Overall, very good price for the room.

  Check-in extremely friendly and efficient! Any special requests are taken care of if possible and always with a smile. Our room is always clean and ready for our arrival, including any extra amenities! Room Service is prompt and the food hot and delicious. Especially the Eggs Benedict !! To sum up, Everyone who works here makes sure that you are comfortable and have everything that you need. Always a Pleasure to stay here !!!

  I had a great stay here, my first time at this location. The staff was friendly, I got a delicious cookie, and much to my luck, a free room upgrade to a king suite, which was bigger than my last apartment. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the room was clean and quiet. No complaints here, I'd happily stay again.

  One of the best hotels in Binghamton! Recently renovated everything is fresh and clean. The elevators are smooth but can take a long time during peak hours. Rates are high for Binghamton but you're also paying for a higher end hotel. Worth the stay.

  Recently remodeled. Restaurant and breakfast buffet are solid. Rooms are clean and we'll appointed. Staff is helpful and courteous. I have stayed here for more than 10 nights and have not had any issues. They also have a full (free) health club with free weights and a lap pool which puts other hotel fitness rooms to shame.

  The staff and manager were very nice and easy to talk with. Josh the shuttle driver rocked and went above and beyond to assist me and my son. The attached gym's pool was great and warmer than most hotel pools. Wish they served coffee all day long is really my only complaint.

  Fantastic! Very clean, modern and especially helpful. Great location if you're going to the Animal Adventure Park in Harpursville, NY or the Binghamton Airport. Great restaurant right across the street "Lost Dog Cafe".

  Great hotel that I continually stay at while in the Binghamton area.
  
  The rooms are very nice, recently renovated, and the breakfast has a variety of options.
  
  The only negative is that as of sometime in 2017 they are charging $20 one way for the shuttle to the airport. This was one of the major draws for me as there area virtually no other hotels in the Binghamton area that even have a shuttle. They lose a star for this as there are signs for Binghamton University families for a free shuttle but charge for everyone else.

  Passing through
  This was the first leg of our trip to Canada; the room was upgraded and very large and comfortable. Clean, serviceable and well up to Hilton chain standards. The only disappointment that I could raise would be the restaurant; it was a Sunday, and there was only one chef working (so a limited choice menu). As it turned out the choices were beaut, well prepared and served. A great hotel.

  We attended a dinner dance. The food was good. The beef was tender and everything had good flavor. I thought it was weird the buffet line was in the hallway and very separate from the group. Decorations were nothing spectacular.

  It was very nice, clean and spacious. It was right in the middle of downtown Binghamton. Nice college town with little quaint shops, coffee houses, cafes ༻ most imporyantly for us...They are pet friendly༺ gave our dog a baggie full of biscuits. Weren't banned to dumpy back rooms, like at some hotels. We were able to stay anywhere in hotel. Very nice, pet friendly , reasonable rates

  Came for a conference. Beautiful hotel for the price. Very nice, clean rooms. Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent, better than most more expensive hotels. Very glad I stayed here.
