The stay was very nice. Room was clean, and bed was surprisingly comfortable (I'm very partial to my own bed). Was only there for one night, and have no complaints.

Did a great job hosting our Toastmasters Conference. Room I stayed in was really nice. Servers were really helpful modifying someone's meal to their liking.

Our room was so big I could of lived there. We had a double cause of the kiddos. 2 bathrooms was nice and breakfast was ok. The pancakes are not like we are use too. They had a grainy taste to them. View from the top floor was beautiful.

Stayed on 3/16/18 -3/18/18 and it was a very poor experience. Long check in times. No towels at the pool. Room never cleaned between days. Restaurant service was extremely slow. People were up talking and yelling in the hallway until 1am. I realize it was a busy weekend with the games but when you charge $150 per night you should hire some extra staff. It looked like it could of been a very likable place if staffed properly.

The service was great and the stay was great. But on the down side the waiter at the restaurant decided to charge my room (credit card) for a meal that I paid cash for. I don't know how she confused $35.00 cash as a tip for a $29.70 meal. So now I've paid $70.00 for a $29.70 meal. I called the hotel back and I seem to be getting the run around. Everyone that I have spoken to just keeps saying they'll call me back with an update. I will never stay here again due to the fraudulent activity that took place with my charges.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Holiday Inn Binghamton this past August and had an absolutely lovely experience! Jenny, Colleen, and the entire staff were extremely attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire planning process and the evening itself. We had a truly wonderful time and received many compliments from our guests. Thank you for contributing to our perfect wedding day!

The food at the event was really good. The only complaint I have was that it took a little longer than I expected to get a drink at the bar and they kept running out of certain alcohol. I give them the benefit of the doubt because there was 400 plus people and they all were thirsty. Overall it's a good place to have an event and I'll be back!!

It was the longest check-in I had in my whole life. Clerk at the desk had papers to be signed (hotel rules) and asked if I wanted to give them a good review on Tripadvisor if so they would give me free drinks at the barwhen they saw us with the kids I think of they could they would have hidden under the counterthe hotel doesn't even have queen beds they only mattress available are double or king. The service at the restaurant was correct but nothing more than that.

The rooms are refreshed clean and very nice but smaller than all the other hotels I went (maybe why there's no queen beds).

It looks like an old hotel Wich has been renovated and is trying to get positive review on the web to attract new customers.

Overall experience was correct but not more than that.

Staff was AMAZING. We had 3 small dogs with us, which we expected their presence to be a burden to the fellow guests and staff, but EVERYONE looked so happy to have them there. Very friendly, and not in the superficial staff way (I have been a in the service industry before). No, this staff was GENUINELY personable and nice. From the men walking around inside keeping the place clean, to the front desk people, to the bartender, the breakfast host, all were amazing to be around. It is nice to be in an atmosphere where the staff seem to be treated well and/ or genuinely like their job. We will be coming here every time we want a short vacation from our local home :)

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were quite knowledgeable about the local area when asked. The rooms are not that roomy, but they have enough space for you to spread out a bit and move about freely. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Excellent hotel staff!! If you need anything or have any questions they are very knowledgeable and personable. Clean rooms and a clean facility that has extra ammenities as other businesses use part of the building. I only encountered two issues here, the little issue was the laundry room. Although it is open 24 hours only having one washer and dryer was not ideal at all. The major issue I encountered was the restaurant in the hotel. I will never go again. The service was extremely slow and out of the four in my group of a single person was happy with their meal, from over cooked, super oily, not flavor at all (even the pesto was bland), to microwaved potatoes that were absolutely disgusting. Due to the lack of timeliness the waitress comped all the alcohol at the table before we even received our entrees. I later found out that giving away coupon cards for alcohol for every issue is normal. Aside from the restaurant experience it was a very enjoyable stay and I will stay again, but I will eat out every night.

Clean, recently renovated, good location. Friendly staff, pet friendly. Our room (booked through Priceline) had a microwave and fridge too. The indoor pool was nice looking, although we didn't get a chance to use it. Great overall experience.

This hotel location is strategically attached to multiple shops which is very convenient for guest. The front desk attendants were pleasant and the restaurant staff provided good food and excellent service with special recognition to Kiera who was very attentive.
My recommendation is for this hotel to invest in upgrading the rooms to remove degraded items like the rugs which were very worn and displayed lots of stains clearly below the standard of this chain. Although the initial look of the property from the lobby & restaurant appear nice. The look of the rooms could quickly decrease the value of the hotel and make the your guest feel tricked. That being said; the excellent service by Kiera and others is what drove my positive rating.

Breakfast service was so good, I had to take a pic with my server.
Beautiful riverfront view, easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Staff are all fun-loving and helpful. Must be a great place to work.

Located right in the middle of downtown Binghamton this hotel had plenty of parking, a grand entry, a restaurant and meeting rooms. My family and I stayed there one night with two rooms. The receptionist was welcoming. The rooms are older, smaller than newer hotels but very, very clean. The view was of the city and write nice at night. The beds were full size which some people find too small but they were comfortable with nice pillows and comforters on the luxurious side. Nice, big tub for a soak in a pretty small bathroom which was well stocked with large fluffy white towels. WiFi worked fine. Didn't use the TV but it was a newer flat screen model.

The hotel staff are all really nice and helpful. The location is not that great sometimes. Traffic is not great during the day but around the begining and endings of the days it is great. Rooms are week kept, very clean. However they are quite small on space.

The breakfast is not buffet, and is of decent quality. The government rate includes a coupon for a free breakfast. If you are a federal employee, definitely stay here on government rate.

We were attending a wedding and staying at the hotel. The staff at the front desk was very slow, but the room was nice, and clean. The walls were somewhat thin, we could hear people walking by our door from the bed. We went for the breakfast option and the food was fine, nothing special, although the hostess was really slow getting us a table despite the restaurant being fairly empty. Overall, it was an average hotel stay and it got the job done with no major problems.
