I love this shop! I have been a customer for 25 years (really, way back when they were at the downtown location). The staff is always helpful and sometimes I am met with a great sale on seasonal or clearance items. Sometimes I just look. Glad they are hanging in there!

Great Find, The Dooney & Bourke Factory Store is packed full of bags ranging in size of mini bag to travel bag. The sales prices are unbelievable, as much as 70% off. The staff are friendly and the showroom is super clean.

My husband bought me the small Lexington Shopper in the olive color for Christmas at the VF Outlet store and I absolutely love it! The price was much better than department store prices!

So I have no idea what Kori Boyle is talking about in her review. She seriously must be throwing her bags around and ripping them out of tight spaces for a bag to fall apart. Besides if your a true Dooney fan you would know you can send them back to the company and they will fix it, replace it or give you a gift card! Dooney ALWAYS stands by their product. So with that being said, this store has the best staff and the biggest stock of Dooneys. Also if the bag is available to ship and they don't have it, they will find it for you and have the other store ship it to at the outlet price. Forget QVC and the retail stores!!! Come here and shop and you will not be disappointed.
