First time driving here from the Philadelphia area but overall I had a good experience. I actually was impressed with the fact that the outlet location is up to date with the latest items due to the fact that the outlet is usually behind.

The manager is great, but the other sales associate could use some etiquette lessons. Messed up a return for me, despite correcting her FOUR times. Then refused to give me the credit towards my $90 purchase, and issued it on a gift card instead. The clothing is still great, it's a shame the help is not so much.
