Twice I have tried to visit this "business" during their posted hours, twice they aren't open. Despite the illuminated OPEN sign in their window. Very, very poor way to do business. Another customer walked away while I waited outside!

Good place to shop in store if they have what you need in stock. Orders take forever to receive, though. I ordered scrubs and was told 2 weeks. It's going on 4 weeks and still do not have them in.

Still waiting for scrub order placed 9/9 and was told about 2 weeks until they come in. Here we are 5 weeks later and still no scrubs. Only store credit for returns! Left several messages for a call back, and have not received any return calls.

They are always able to order tall pants for me, and I love them for it. Never have had an issue. Courteous and professional. Better selection, prices and better customer service than the place "down the street".

I would not waste your time buying ANYTHING that is not in stock at this store. If it backordered for 6 months they offer no cancellations and no returns. Although they have a return policy online, it seems to be neglecting to inform you that returns are only for store credit. When I inquired about cancellation or the return policy, I was informed by Wanda, an emploee whose over-emphasized pleasure was no mask for the sarcasm she obviously had over the fact that I had not seen and read the "clearly marked NO RETURN policy that is located at the register where I ordered and paid for my uniforms." Needless to say, this will be the one and only time I patron this store or company. I don't think the other 10 employees working on my unit will go there anytime soon as they were all witness to my orderal. My advise, go 2 blocks down the road to Life Uniforms next to Chef Allens and get what you need there. Sma eprice, their items are in stock and better customer service!!
