Staff was extremely friendly but it stops there. The room was very dirty. Stains on the couch. Bathroom was horrendous. Mold EVERYWHERE! Toilet leaked and had a Draino container catching the water. Had to stand on a towel in the shower because mold was coming off the door.

The cottages are quaint and very picturesque. The staff we dealt with were friendly and accommodating but the cottage we stayed in was not clean. Leftover food from a previous tenant remained in the refrigerator, stains on all the furniture, the floor, water running in toilet, teeny tiny bathroom, mattress pads filthy. The pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable. Fortunately awe didn't spend much time there, only to sleep, and that not so well. Cheap enough so I guess I shouldn't expect so much.

One word describes this place: Unsanitary.
I first walked in to go to the bath room and there were pubes behind the toilet, broken floor tiles that shook, and a toilet that does not flush. The sink had flakes of dirt. There was a light bulb missing. Smeared stains on the microwave. Broken light switches that couldn't be turned on or off. Scratches on wall next to bed. The shower water smelled. The coffee cups were smushed. There were cracks in the outlets. And there was urine stains at the bottom of the toilet.

Completely disgusting!

And after all this, there was mold in the air conditioner, so I couldn't use the A-C. And I'm sure everyone knows floridas brutal heat.

I have to say too - I make the average income and I don't have very high standards, but this place completely unreasonable.

It's as if every step one takes, he or she has to worry about the sanitary issues this place holds. I seriously question myself in disbelief: What else is broken or unsanitary?

Completely unprofessional!

Staff was great. Everyone from the check in staff to the cleaning lady went out their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We brought a boat for the week. Having a ramp, boat docking with fresh water, fuel, and a bait shop was better than any other place. It's located in a good spot to go to the Atlantic or the gulf. They have grills and seating for everyone to use.

What a view. This is relaxation central. Everything is clean. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I am writing this while sitting on a comfortable lounge chair, with a cool ocean breeze blowing..I think I will take a nap.
