They installed and serviced the lift in my building competently and reasonably priced. Haven't needed service in years. When I asked about getting a service contract they took all my info but nobody called back

Went to the showroom to give our son a chance to see if he could operate the lift independently. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Looking forward to the lift we will have in our house when it is finally built!
