Thank you so much for your help. I thought my Mechanic issue would’ve be an out of pocket expense. Turns out, I just needed a new battery. This company is my new Mechanic! Thanks Dixon Mechanic!!!!

Dixon is a great technician. He even helped me once rectify my vehicle’s issue by phone. I ended up calling him back to replace my starter…. Good dude!

I’ve gotten my fuel pump changed and In the end result I was very pleased. He was very professional and knowledgeable also taught me a few things about cars as well along the process. In the end saw my check engine light was still on which I was going to check out myself but he volunteered to check it out for me anyways and saw it was because I needed a new battery. I highly recommend Dixon Mobile for those looking for a great mechanic who actually put in the work to do it right instead of trying to do a quick fix patch up job that’s only temporary and will cause more damage in the long run.

My experience with this mechanic was awesome! I called him for a pre-inspection for the purchase of a BMW X3. Not only did he come in less than an hour, his inspection was very through & affordable! He made me feel confident to proceed with the sale. I definitely will be using his services again!

As a small business owner who’s operated in 26 states with a small fleet of trucks I’ve dealt with a lot of service guys. Dixon’s was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had with an emergency service!!
Most guys simply don’t care about your situation when you break down and need something now! Dixon’s was empathetic to our situation and communicated throughout the whole process of changing out my Turbo.
The work was quality, the price was very reasonable and most importantly the overall experience and professionalism made the stressful situation easy to deal with.
I wish they were a national chain, I wouldn’t ever use another shop on any of my vehicles!response / report this review
