Great experience from start to finish. They're a awesome group of people to know. They keep you informed about your car and they give you a accurate estimate on job time. Overall I felt like family whenever I talked with them. I'd definitely recommend to anybody looking for quality transmission work. Took it in to have transmission rebuilt they told me 4 to 6 weeks and I got it back in perfect condition in a week and 3 days. Runs better then when I bought it. Thank you very much.

Took our car to Wade at Coleman Taylor due to transmission issues on our Mercury Grand Marquis as it had been intermittently acting up over the past year until back in May. While our car was in line for over four weeks, busy shop, we lived around the corner and chose it because it was close to our house, we always were going by that way to Bartlett so we could see if in one of the bays. Wade estimated 4 weeks and it was close, was around 5 with what was mostly wait time. Took only a couple of days apparently to rebuild and reinstall the transmission though. Saw it on the lift Wednesday and out parked and ready on Thursday. Car runs great, no problems so far. Happy with the work. Thanks so much.

Excellent experience! My truck let me and my family down heading to my mother's funeral in New Jersey from Texas. Bob and Wade understood the situation and got us going again. Even though it was a rough time for our family these guys did their best to ease the pain. Awesome bunch of guys here. Again thanks a bunch for getting us back on the road to our family.
