This is a wonderful park! We went 2 days. One day at 4 and one day at 9:30 am. I recommend going at 9:30 am. We found good parking and were able to ride all the rides. My children are 5, 7, 7, and 11. Our whole family loved the experience. The rides were very fun and very kid friendly. My 5 year old daughter was able to get on just about everything and loved it. The wave pool was very cool! It was a nice hang out spot with an exciting wave every 10 minutes. The park was very clean. There was an attended cleaning the bathroom at all times. The showers in the bathroom had soap to wash your body. This was an all around GREAT water park!

I would highly recommend if you like water slides/activities. It is a good price and there are plenty of things to do. Had a lot of fun especially at the lazy pool and wave pool!

1. The Staff: the staff are always great. They are Always very approachable and helpful and friendly.
2. Cleanliness: This water park is Always very clean. Not a spot of dirt anywhere.
3. Food: There is a good selection of food and drink.
4. Prices: i find some things to be reasonable and some other things a bit pricy
5. Car Parking: there is a big car park.
6. Others: 10/10 simply amazing. There are lockers for your clothes
7. Complaints: the waiting in lines can be very tiring especially in the sun.

Best wave pool in the world, you will LOVE it! Gotta wait for the big wave and enjoy it. Great to bring your kids, slides are ok, service great as usual on all Disney parks and hotels. Food little pricey, lots of places to sit if u get they on early, you can also rent umbrella place for $42 and get private seating for up to 4 people. Will definitely recommend it.

Typhoon Lagoon was amazing!!!! The wave pool and family raft rides were the best! Food was good, not too crowded and we just walked onto all of the rides! No waiting. The staff were so friendly and we can’t wait to come back in a few years to visit! I wish we had a place like this in PA! Thanks Disney! We made some incredible memories this week on our honeymoon ❤️

our first time visiting and we loved it! we had a group from ages 9-38 and everyone loved it! take note that you can bring in a cooler which saves a TON of money. my younger cousin scrapped his toe in the lazy river and first aid was more than helpful with cleaning and providing water proof bandages so his day was not ruined. im a heavier lady, at torrid im a size 3, i was able to do everything i wanted to with no limits, even the water roller coaster! Great Disney park like always!

Amazing water park. Been here twice in 1 week it was that good. My kids loved it.. So much todo. So many sun loungers. Towel hire is $2. Bargain. Can see stitch here too. Photo pass ladies in the water and in the family ride.
You can buy the Disney cup for around $13 dollars and refill all day. Any other day you return, it's $8.50 to reactivate.
You can also buy a pop corn bucket for around $11 and refill it for only $1.50 each time.
The waves were the biggest hit. Along with the tubes and lazy river.
Lots to eat. Lots of choices.

Best water park ever!!! Lots of fun rides/activities for all ages. The atmosphere is very tropical and fun. The wave pool is AMAZING!!!! Staff is great. And food is actually quite good (although overly priced). Sad they removed the swimming with the sharks attraction though. Overall, if you are visiting Orlando, this is the place you want to be!!

This park is clean, the people are friendly, and the service is good.

The rides are family oriented, so they aren't super thrilling, but still enjoyable.

Be careful in the wave pool, especially with small children. I personally recommend swimming with small kids in front of the Crush'n'Gusher ride. It has a beach entry without all the harsh waves, perfect for smaller kids or those who don't swim well.

It is definitely worth your time to bring your own food, especially in the busy season. The food is expensive and the lines will be very long.

I also recommend renting out cabanas/umbrellas during the busy times, since the park only has so many chairs. On particularly bad days, people leave their belongings in bushes and trees because there is simply no more room.

And just a heads up - Typhoon Lagoon will close when the temperature drops below 70*, and if there's lightning in the area, so try to pick a clear, hot day to attend.

Such a fun place to visit! The water roller coaster is so fun. The wave pool is the best we have ever been to! Huge wave! They have a great store at this park, I bought a few bathing suits and a towel bag. The donuts are delicious, who would have thought a water park would have such awesome donuts!

This is a very nice water park and it's moderately priced compared to other Disney Parks. The ticket is almost half of what it would cost to visit Magic Kingdom plus you don't have the $20 parking fee. I would suggest getting there early so you can secure a lounge chair to place your belongings. I never bring towels from home since they rent them for $2 each and you don't have to worry about carrying wet towels full of sand with you. I would also suggest bringing plenty of snacks if you have kids. The kids meal went up to over $9 each. I used to pay about $6.50 at the parks so I guess they went up by that much. I would also buy the refillable cup which cost about $11. They have unlimited refills and make a nice souvenir. I strongly recommend getting complementary life jackets for the kids in the wave pool. There's a 6 foot wave that comes every couple of minutes and drags you. I personally found the wave pool to be a bit dangerous for small kids so use with caution. If you are a tourist looking for a Disney magical experience, this might not be your best choice. There are no characters whatsoever throughout the park and they do not have Disney decor. Other than that, the park is excellent with plenty of rides to go on.

This water park is very fun. The rides aren't the most thrilling, but they keep you busy and are fun. (except for the straight down one) The wave pool is very fun as well. Its fun being caught in the wave. Just be careful not to hit anyone. Why 4 stars? The wave pool could be dangerous, and you could get caught in a current or somebody could slam into you when a wave comes. Also the bottom is rough, so if a wave drags you on the bottom, you could get rubbed or scraped. Except for the small wave pool problem, this is a very fun water park. The wave pool can get addicting and you won't want to stop.

My husband and I managed to get his siblings and their families all together for a weekend trip. We decided that since none of us had ever been to a Disney water park we would go to Typhoon Lagoon since it seemed to be more child friendly. We were traveling with a 12 year old, 8 year old and a 2 year old; each one of the kids was able to get on the majority of the rides.

When you first walk into the park there are lockers that are available to rent for $15 for the day which all of us took advantage of. Then we had to get the kids changed and it was great that they had changing rooms and bathrooms right by the lockers. We were lucky enough to bring our own towels because if not it would be $2 to rent a towel for the day.

One thing that I definitely recommend is making a stop at Joffrey's Coffee cart right by the lockers. They have amazing Mini Donuts that you can buy by the half dozen or dozen and you can also buy a dipping sauce to go with it. They have chocolate, white chocolate, and raspberry.

I highly recommend coming to Typhoon Lagoon!

I do enjoy Typhoon Lagoon. It's a very laid back themed water park with lush tropical landscaping and a wide assortment of loungers and beach areas. If you are able to drop a few hundred dollars (maybe split between your party), go for one of the cabanas. They sell out quickly in the summer, but afford you the luxury of being able to enjoy the park without fear of belongings going missing or, having your hard fought chairs and loungers stolen by late arrivals.

There are many slides to enjoy, although Blizzard Beach is more your thing if you want lots of thrills. There's good dining options too.
