Worst experience ever. Loose lug nuts which caused my wheel studs to break as well as keeping my lug nut removal toolwent there to ask them for it after I had replaced the wheel studs and these idiots offered me a 14 millimeter socket and proceeded to tell me if I beat it on then they would come off.anytime anyone ever asks me about this facility I will always let them know my story.

I was out of town with my kids, and discovered a large screw was lodged in my tire. I stopped by to see if they could salvage my tire. I was greeted by a nice technician who took my information. Fast forward 1 hour later, and the tire was fixed and at no cost! Amazing customer service!

No way should a flat repair take longer than an hour. Poor management and human resource allocation. Effectively poor customer service.

The staff are very friendly and quick to help you out. I had a nail in the tire and we're able to get me in and out of there in 30 minutes. The best part was, there was no charge. Awesome place. I will be back here to get new tires when it's time.

Ruined my Saturday. I had made appointment and checked in advance to make sure the specific tire I wanted was in inventory (I would normally go to the Avon Store that is closer to where I live but they only had 3 or my tires in stock.)
They took my payment in advance "so that my check-out would be quicker". Went and grabbed some lunch across the street and got a call an hour later and was advised the car was ready.
Picked up my keys and as I'm walking out the employee advises me that they switched tires on me and did an "upgrade at no extra cost" because the supposedly "in stock" tires that I verified on-line were not in stock. I now have some no name brand of tires on my car and have to make a separate trip back to their store to get things done right when my tires come in. This may be a "one -off" because I've had good experiences at a couple of Discount's other stores but switching tires on a customer who comes in with a very specific order deserves an upfront call at the least.response / report this review -

This is an outstanding tire store. They are fast, do good work, and are very friendly and accommodating. They take care of the tires on 4 family vehicles and they balance them to perfection. My Jeep is a particular challenge, because mud tires can be very hard to get just right. They seem to nail it every time!
Also, their show room is very clean and comfortable, and the restrooms are very clean, too!response / report this review
