Great selection, fair and honest negotiations and no BS commonly associated with auto sales.

Service is just as excellent, I have NEVER had an issue with their service department, they are always up front, honest, and work hard. I live too far away now, and I miss this service department so much, that I am writing this just to say I miss them, I have yet to find anybody here now that can take care of me and my vehicles like they did.

Our family's experience with Bob Bowen Ford has been been very pleasantly positive. It started with Doug Bates mgr in the service depthe has been straight forward, trustworthy and honest in our dealings. His guy Kenny is as well. I have bought an F150 there and we have met Carl Plessinger in sales and he is currently working with my daughter on 2 used vehicles for her and her husband. We feel he will offer a deal that is fair to all.
Highly recommend Bob Bowen Ford.

Bought a year old Truck with 17500 miles. Kept giving a wrench indicator light. Took it back after the first day. They had it for two weeks and found nothing! Also was told by salesman named Charlie that he would get me some floor mats and have door handle painted because of scuffs and no mats in truck. They painted the door handle with a brush and never got mats. Asked Bob to fix the door handle as promised and he refused. So I took it to Chrysler Jeep in Terre Haute and they charged me $ 40 to paint it perfectly! Needless to say I'll never buy from them again. Poor mechanics who obviously don't know what they are doing and an owner and salesman who don't keep their word!

Had moisture around the oil pan of my 2015 truck. Dropped it off Dec, 27th. Sat in lot for 5 days and no parts. Been there for another week. I have no spent almost $500 on a rental waiting on repairs to get finished. It is January 9th.

Even though I drive a 25 year old Bronco, I still take it to Bob Bowen for anything I can't fix myself. The service department is the best I have ever dealt with. When you go in there ask for Caleb, he's one individual who will not try to sell you something that you don't need.
