  The invitations were beautiful in the end, but there were some serious problems:
  
  1) The website was not always easy to use or overly responsive - editing the invitation with our information was extremely time-consuming (2 hours).
  2) Their customer service system is sketchy at best. Submitting a problem and hearing a response is a gamble.
  3) When we ordered the invitations and prepared to assemble them, the company did not include the necessary glue stickers and seals for the envelopes. We spent hundreds of dollars at craft stores to get the necessary materials and testing them (damaging some invitations) until we got it right. When we submitted the issue to Customer Service, they didn't send glue items, but more envelopes - they were consistently unhelpful.
  
  So, in the end, the invitations came out beautiful, but it was NOT worth all the effort.

  I can't express how much I LOVE my invitations! They are perfect! The fonts were exactly what I was hoping for, the quality is exceptional. There were no smudges, no missing print. Customer service is outstanding! This company is very responsive and friendly! They were able to customize my Invites, RSVPs, Accommodations & Reception cards. The embossing was PERFECTLY lined up with the color variations between the ivory and the pearl. Cost was BETTER than through online "discount" companies, and better quality too. (I ordered samples from 4 different companies.) I highly recommend TheAmericanWedding for all of your invitation needs!

  My wedding invitations arrived and are better than I had expected them to be! They are absolutely stunning, beautiful, and classy. I 100% recommend this company for wedding invitations. They are perfect! They also arrived extremely quick - awesome service and product!

  I am a calligrapher and I chose Save The Dates for a bride and groom. Great selection , quality, and quick turn around..about a week from order to receipt.
  I was so impressed with the quality of the paper and printing.
  Great selection of fonts and design.
  I'm so glad to have found this great resource.
