  John was so great! I came in right after they closed and he opened the door and let me get a new tire. I was visiting and needed to get back to Atlanta but my tire had other plans. I would not have made it to work tomorrow if John didn't help us out. Thanks so much!

  Every employee I encountered was genuinely friendly and willing to assist me (and every other customer) in any way possible. I recommend making an appointment a day or two before going in so that you can be seen quickly and have a shorter wait time. I do this and I haven't had to wait at any Discount Tire location for more than an hour.

  I have had 2 tire issues back to back. Last Saturday and today. Both times each tire just needed a plug. BOTH times they did it for free! So grateful! Very friendly service! Highly recommend this store!

  Very good experience! Ramon was very helpful. To be a very busy day for them, they had me in and out, in less than an hour. My car drives a lot better now thanks to you guys. Keep up the good work.

  Best customer service hands down. They take the time to explain their recommendations and truly make the experience pleasent. Mad props to Lucas and Ramone especially for outstanding customer service. Sitting here watching them assist customers and answer phones, never an unhappy customer.

  Came here to buy tires instead of ordering online which would've been cheaper anyway. So I pay $700 for tires which I could've got for $634 shipped to my door and you wanna charge $65 for installation after you would think it would be free ? That's ridiculous. Tires arrived today and I came up for install and after he said $65 for installation I was thinking what? Really? I asked Evan if he could work with me on installation since I'm paying $28 dollars for new stems even though I don't need them on a camaro with 50,000 miles but I did because John, who was awesome, recommended it at the time I ordered them,. I still paid $60 more for the tires here than what I could've got them for even after price matching. Evan was pretty rude once I said not only could I have gotten them cheaper but can also get them installed mounted and balanced for $25-$30 and he says your tires are outside, you can pick them up. So I was just like, well, ok, and went outside and loaded them into my coupe. Hey, thanks for your help Evan! Will not return here nor will I make any recommendations for anyone to come here.

  I requested:
  1. install a new valve stem on the flat tire that was in the back of my van.
  2. after replacing the valve stem remove the spare tire and return the spare to the storage at the underside of the van.
  3. install the repaired tire on the van.
  4. install a new valve stem on the other tire as preventative maintenance.
  
  Discount Tire did all that I requested AND BALANCED THE TIRES.
  ALL OF THIS AT NO CHARGE TO ME.
  I have been driving for 51 years and I have never had work done for no charge.
