Ordered a part from them. Called twice to see where the part was. 10 days later, after the two phone calls, a promise that they would get it out, and blame placed upon me because they did not get payment info (they were supposed to fax me a form), still no part. Then he thanked me when I told him I was going somewhere else.

They incorrectly identified a manual transmission for a Toyota as a G58 when it was a W56. This worked out well for me as it is the heavier variation of the transmission I needed. However, this may have not been the same for someone else making the four hour trip that I did to buy a G58.
The employee that took me into the warehouse stated that the transmission likely wasn't there and probably "got thrown away last week." I was relieved to see that it was available, again, with a four hour drive behind me and having called twice to verify availability.
The transmission was warrantied to be in good working order and after the install, I find that it has a bad countershaft bearing. I'll replace the bearing myself to avoid the drive back, so I can't speak to their warranty process.
My trucks running again, but it's not perfect and wasn't a very good experience.

Great people LOW prices and a decent inventory. Their inventory system is excellent. They have the ability to tell you what years and models will cross over to your particular needs. The downside is that they WILL NOT let you drive out onto the lot, so expect to do some walking. I'm sure it's due to insurance reasons. Great overall experience every time I go here.

I like doing business with Haynes. They always do their best to help you find what you need. I don't know what the problem is with those giving bad reviews, the salvage parts business can be very difficult to match parts from year to year with specific vehicles. Unlike many yards, Haynes has gone beyond and called around and found a part and referred me to a competitor. Maybe if you don't walk in with a chip on your shoulder, Haynes will get you going.

Went with a friend to get some car parts most miscellaneous stuff.. The guy sitting behind the computer was either racist ( hispanic) or just hates his job. Whatever the reason they don't want your business. Named him literally 5 different types of cars and could not come up with anything helpful didn't even tell me to go to the yard and look for myself! What kind business are they running?
