Don ripped me off bad one day. I took my car to him and looked at for a couple days and charged me $300 for a transmission part. I found out weeks later with another tech he didn't replace it and did wiring on it with improper tools and wingnuts under the car where exposed to water and wind and dirt. The mechanic couldn't believe it until I showed him the invoice. Don charged me for a transmission filter on the invoice, but I found out and confirmed my car doesn't have a transmission filter. It has a screen with no filter. Don probably cares the first 24 hours your car in his shop but gets angry as it lingers and he can't figure it out. Either way he has to charge you for his time and will even if he doesn't fix it.

We have been here for transmission service several times with different vehicles. They are always helpful and courteous.

Took my truck to Don's and received excellent service and at the price quoted. Don explained the work to be done and charges associated with it to my satisfaction. Work was completed on time.

Family oriented, exceptional mechanics that you can both trust and always depend on. If you haven't been before i highly recommend you stop by if you are in need of a trustworthy mechanic That isnt out for the $$ like most auto repair shops. Love this shop!

At my ripe old age I have commissioned hundreds of auto service companies and I found Don's Auto and Transmission Center to be at the top of my list. All of his personal were overboard friendly. Don explained my van problems and took me into his shop and showed me my issues. He worked with me to save money when he could have just manipulate my problems and made a larger profit. If you are looking for someone that will take good, honest care of your vehicle look no moretake it to Don's Automotive and Transmission

Took my van to Don brown automotive for a power steering fluid leak. Was told by another shop that I needed new pump other stuff for like 1000.00 bucks. Donny got me in and out in couple hours for less than half of other estimates. Thanks

All I'm going to say at this moment is if you care about your vehicle, don't bring it here! They broke parts on my car and is refusing to fix them. Not to mention the poor customer service they have. The guy donny the owners son can't even talk to you with respect and finds that my car being messed up at there shop was amusing him. I'm not wanting to argue with anyone about it just telling the facts so maybe you won't be the next person having to deal with this!
