  I tried to set an appointment, but was told to just come in. I did, and now have been waiting an hour while others have been served who came in after me. Not the best experience.

  Very helpful when it comes to balancing the pressure in your tires, but then the staff pulls the old tricks of telling you something is wrong with something on your car or that the spare tire you have to use due to a flat tire, is too old and you need a new one.

  Great customer service, accurate wait times and comfy seats! Stopped in to check to check on one of my tires. To my surprise, they found a nail in it then patched it for FREE!

  All Discount Tire locations consistently provide awesome customer service. This location is the one I visit the most since it's close to work. The guys here are always respectful and trustworthy. Wish other retail establishments considered adopting the same customer service culture.

  Generally take pretty good care of me and my cars. I've bought dozens of tires here over the past 15 years. They can have a huge wait time so be prepared to lose hours of your life you'll never get back or drop off your car.

  These guys are quick and honest. I've never had a bad experience, and the people I see that are upset in here always seem to have unreasonable expectations. I wouldn't buy tires anywhere else in Fort Worth

  Great service, never have a problem ordering the tire I want nor any issues with them harming my rims. Every time I've been there I see them taking the time to patiently explain things to customers and I even saw them work within a customer's budget constraints to get them safely back on the road.

  Amazing service! Every time I come in I have had nothing but the best experience. Great customer service and Good honest guys who work there. I will never go any where else to purchase tires or anything needed for my cars or my family's. I wish everyone did business like you guys. Thank you guys @discount tire company!   I went here to get a tire and the guy needs the keys. I give him the keys and he went out to my truck with his clipboard and opens the door and starts writing stuff down. He comes back and asks me what year my truck is. HE WAS JUST AT THE TRUCK WITH THE DOOR OPEN. All that information is on a plaque when you open the door. I'm not sure so I said "'96?" He looks it up and says I would have to get a different size tire than what I have on there because my current tires don't meet the capacity rating for the vehicle. I'm not even sure it is a '96.
  
  First: He could have obtained the year of the vehicle while he was out there.
  
  Second: He could have asked me if I knew the current tires did not meet the specs. I did not.
  
  Third: He could have allayed my concerns about driving around on a single odd size tire by offering to sell me TWO tires which both meet specs. I probably would have gone for that because having one odd size tire would bug me.
  
  Fourth: He could have given me an estimate for how long it would take.
  
  Instead, I got the keys and left. However, this place is fine if you do your own customer service and are very familiar with tires.
