Purchased a vehicle which was found to have wheels repaired by them with spray paint. I tried getting in contact with them and received no communication. Almost 700$ to fix this stuff. Need an honest salesman. And a better repair shop not some rig it to sell job. Disappointed will never buy a car here again.

I have always been a Ford supporter, but after visiting Dick Huvaere's it changed that. The professionalism and straight forward attitude has made this my dealer and brand. From the salesman to Kyle is service I have never been treated so well at any dealership I have been to. I want to think everyone who works at the dealer ship for their professionalism and dedication to customer service.

Last week I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with David T. and Emily. The experience throughout could not have been more fantastic! Originally, my boyfriend and I went to the dealership because the lease was up on his truck. While they were helping him purchase his truck, I was eyeing down a few of the Grand Cherokees outside. Since we were coming near the end of the business day, I set an appointment up with Dave and Emily the following Monday to test drive a few Grand Cherokees. Not only did Emily help me find the perfect car, they made the buying process very easy with no surprises. If you're looking for a new car, definitely check out Dick Huvaere's of Richmond and ask for David T. and Emily. You won't be disappointed!

We got VERY lucky! Upon entering the dealership we were promptly turned over to Chris Gauronskas. Chris displayed real professionalism in asking pertinent questions, revealing features and benefits of the different vehicles, and moved us very smoothly through all the paperwork. I WILL look to do business with him again and refer family and friends to him for their vehicle needs.

Brian Schneider worked very hard to get us TWO new Rams in TWO days. My wife thought we would have to park the Jeep for several months as we were so close on the mileage allotment. He was able to help her get out of that into her BLUE RAM truck AGAIN. She loves it which makes me very happy. Thank You Brian. Lee Mahnke

DAVE KERWIN IS BY FAR THE BEST salesman out there and made for the best buyer’s experience that I could’ve hoped for! He’s professional, helpful, honest, up-front, and stays on top of things. I was referred to him by a car-club friend and was told Dave Kerwin would take excellent care of me and he did! I had spoken with many salesmen before deciding to make my purchase and although they were all good, Dave was great! He was persistent (without being pushy) and followed-up with me and knew exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job of helping me get it. I feel I got an excellent deal on my vehicle. He was honest and did not jerk me around in any way. He put everything on paper and walked me through it step-by-step so I knew exactly how he arrived at my total price. He was fantastic at answering questions, and calling/emailing me with updates. I love that he took pictures and videos of my car for me before I was able to take delivery of my car. Dave knows I am very particular and am a car enthusiast and he was able to cater to all of my specific requests and even went the extra mile on some things such as cleaning my wheels by hand, himself, the day I took delivery of my car because he said he didn’t think they looked clean enough. He also saved all of the factory papers/stickers and that came inside of my car which I really appreciated! Dave was fun to work with too and has a great sense of humor. He honestly made for the best experience! Throughout my experience I told mentioned him to friends and others in my car group and they all said they wished they had known of Dave when they ordered their cars and wished their car salesmen had gone the extra mile like Dave did for me. The best part about Dave is, he would treat any and every one with respect and fairly. He is a family guy and a car enthusiast which I really appreciated about him. He knows his stuff well and is excellent at answering questions! If you’re looking for a very up-front salesman who is honest and is pleasure to work with and knows his stuff very well, DAVE KERWIN is your guy!! I can’t say enough great things about Dave. As you’ll see online, he also gets FAB reviews! If you’re debating on who to go with for your purchase, DAVE KERWIN IS YOUR GUY!!
